RHR you need to look at 2 things he was being double teamed by Porto and Werner both very quick and Hudson Odoi when out of possession doesn’t track back so I don’t think you should rubbish a player who has been great for us this season.

The usual moans and groans on here the team don't care the managers should be sacked etc etc

Let's examine the facts we more than matched them 1st half, Woody should have made it 2-1 at half time! 2yd miss is not the managers fault!

I would agree our second half performance was poor we were pushed back and defended to deep which cost us both goals, but put it in perspective we were playing away from home in front of 60000 fans against a team 4th in the league with a very strong home record

Let's judge ourselves against teams we can and should beat starting with Wolves at the City Ground

We then have games against Burnley Everton and the Blunts these 4 games will make and break our season

I think we will take 8 points from these games then anything we get from Man City and Chelsea is a bonus COYR.

Munmad didn’t get chance to come on last night, didn’t get home til the early hours, I thought for the last half hour of the 1st half, we were the better team, and should have gone in at halftime 2-1 up, 2nd half we afforded them way too much space, and when our ‘a’ team players went off, they were better than us, the away support was fantastic as usual, superb stadium, tourist atmosphere from the home fans, I find myself shaking my head at some of the comments below, spurs are a massive club, these aren’t our games at the moment, I thought we acquitted ourselves ok,

Weaved played the teams your on about and failed to beat them, AT HOME, This side seems only capable of playing for 30 minutes in any game, you seem to have all the answers, please tell me, and the rest of us, when did Forest last play really well for a full game. Goes back to the end of last season, and don't give me the Liverpool game because we LOST that one as well.

You guys must have your rose-tinted specs on. We were outplayed for most of the game. Maybe 20 mins we matched them in the first half, and that's being generous.

I agree that Spurs have some great players, but we need to find a way - any way we can find - to pick up points, and I don't think we really looked like doing it.

On to the next game, but we are running out of games to survive. Come on players/ boss, passion, guile, craft are what we need to see - sharpish!

Cyclist last half hour of the the first half we were on top, and should have gone in front, the spurs manager changed it at halftime, ours didn’t react, he should have subbed Ryan at half time if not earlier, as on the yellow card he was not playing his normal game, Dominguez would have been a better option,

Nah, Rose tinteds on Stevie. We were matched by Spurs most of that last 30 mins of the first half. We were on top for short periods in that 30 mins, hence why I said 20 mins is generous. Matching a team is not being on top, they were getting chances as well in that period.

Apart from a, 15 spell in the first half when we should have scored again, we were awful.
Clueless, gutless comes to mind.
I didn't expect anything else though and that's the sad thing.
When Yates ( who was awful) was taken off, he gave the captain's armband to Williams ( who was just as bad). When Williams was taken off, he didn't have a clue who to give the armband. There wasn't a decent candidate out there. No one stood up for the cause in the second half and when Sangare came on, we literally gave up.
Then the camera focuses on our esteemed coach and he has as much life in him as a Cardboard cut out. Talk about self inflicted punishment.

Disappointing but only to be expected- top 4 team away from home and all that. Only thing that surprises me is that spurs didn’t score more yet we did have an only if moment when Woody hit the post when it was easier to score. He’s living off scraps really though. Players not good enough? Useless coach? A combination of the two I suspect, we really are sleepwalking towards the trap door.

Luton played Tottenham the week before, went in ahead at 1/ 2 time. An own goal and a Spurs winner on 86. My point is some of the players have no fighting spirit in them and that comes down to the manager. On paper we are better than Luton, Burnley and Sheffield United and that was argued to be the case at the start of this season. Knowing we need to play Burnley and Sheffield United plus a game at Everton. We should be able to win all and are likely then to be safe. My concern is the lack of motivation of some of the players. Luton are more motivated and although they have a potentially harder run in they could sadly for us pull it off. Rob Edwards kept his team together on a shoe string , got Barkley playing a blinder signed on a free. It all comes down to the manger, and that fact is why we are in the premiership to start with!

Exactly my point. If you were right then, then it has to be true now because the players have been together most of the season now. At this stage last season, Cooper had a new team playing like a team destined to stay up. Nuno needs to do the same, the trouble is he hasn't been working with them all season because we changed coach at a silly point in the season. The merry-go-round is just an unhealthy way to run a football club.

Embarrassing. Admittedly Neco Williams has had a couple of respectable home games but it is the job of a full back to stop crosses coming in. He was skinned every time! For anyone on here who didn't see it, yes, SKINNED every time. Possibly the worst performance by a full back I've ever seen in a Forest shirt - this is one reason why we are losing away from home. Not sure if he was injured but another away game that MGW didn't turn up in. Feel sorry for Matt Sels, he had a great game and didn't deserve to be on the losing side. Another totally unacceptable second half performance. Spurs were average at best. Omabamadele also seems to have no commanding influence on the game.

You have to blame Yates for that aswell RedHot, he didn’t stop Maddison from crossing in for their 2nd goal and showed him too much room. He too had a stinker, pushed and shoved, tripped and fouled, diving at every opportunity and got booked early on.

Agree Perko Yates showed no Skill most of the match he was just annoying and didn't do the job he's picked for but Madison's a clever moaner also but still had time to make problems for us.

Awful performance. Usual Jekyll and Hyde Forest; and descent game followed by a completely indifferent game. Totally bereft of ideas, not taking chances again, being too negative when we're behind, pulling out of crossing the ball in dangerous positions. Not sure what Nuno was thinking again with some of the subs, as they offered nothing. Williams was being skinned all game and should have come off way earlier. MGW was pretty ordinary today. Usual performance by Yates, and by that I mean foul, foul, and foul some more. Elanga not using his pace.
Now we're in a real mess with just being ahead of Luton on goal difference, and we're running out of that pretty quick at this rate shipping 3 today. Sat too deep from the off. Don't know about any of you lot but I am now getting sick of these performances:

Listless for most games.
Defence is shocking for most part.
Cannot string simple passes together.
Wood the only striker we have.
Useless tactics for the most part.
Stupid sub decisions.
Too negative.
Too deep.
Backing out of shooting.
Backing out of getting the cross in.
Trying to walk the ball in.
Our players look a yard off the pace and sluggish.

Luton are buzzing at the moment and I honestly cannot see us staying in front of them on their performances.
And to be honest, we deserve to go down.
The big man brought in the cheap option after Cooper went. We've brought in cheap players at extortionate, over the odds, prices.
If Forest was a horse struggling this much, we'd have been shot and put out of our misery.
