Fourth Official on Twitter ( usually reliable ) says that we have signed Firas Al Khatib. {Ed034's Note - what's there twitter name?

Believable7 Unbelievable6

@Fourth_Official ed {Ed034's Note - Cheers

Agree2 Disagree2

Hes not signed tho has he? needs clearance from the home office/work permit etc.

Agree1 Disagree2

Hes confirmed hes having medical, wp will be required of course tho.

Agree1 Disagree0

I can't be bothered to explain them, but research the Football/Work permit rules etc. Basically, he is 99.9% certain to get one I'd say...

Agree1 Disagree1

Why can't it be that easy to get a wp on fm manager?

Agree3 Disagree1

I beg to differ. The Work Permit Rules say "The player’s National Association must be at or above 70th place in the official FIFA World Rankings when averaged over the two years preceding the date of the application.". Syria is 132.

He's also retired from international duty which might make him struggle to meet the 75% appearance rule.

If he's going to get a WP it will not be through the FA's system, unless he gets a sympathy exemption because he's Syrian.

Agree0 Disagree0

He's Unlikely to get turned down with the amount of international games he has played in

Agree1 Disagree2

Fawaz may get him in as Tier 1 (Donated a staggering sum of ££ to the UK Govt.) I work with overseas students and they do it all the time.

Firas al khatib has just said on twitter that he'll finalise his move to forest on sunday {Ed034's Note - I cannot see where he said it but there is a lot of chat about it

Believable10 Unbelievable2

I made this post ed, if you go on to his own twitter (@feras_alkhtib) , its there (in arabic). {Ed034's Note - cheers mate. I've just clicked on to follow him

Agree5 Disagree1

If true, I'm not saying this guy wouldn't be a good signing but I don't want the board signing players so I kind of hope stories like this aren't true.

Either give Cotterill control over transfers or appoint a manager in which you have faith to do the job and allow him to do so.

Agree6 Disagree1

I have a Arabic to English and this is correct, he is the Syrian National Captain, very good player! He is coming to London and signing on Sunday before we fly out to the US on Monday for pre season training

RG09

Agree3 Disagree1

Iv seen videos of him on youtube he looks amazing

Agree4 Disagree1

No problem ed. and to expand on the above, he was, until he quit the national team last year. this is because of the civil war in syria that many will have seen on the news. his hometown, homs, is one of the main places of government bombing. he said earlier this month that he wil not p[lay nationally again until the conflict stops. {Ed034's Note - good. Will add something different. Feel free to follow me. I'm new to twitter but tend to just follow journos that don't talk rubbish

Agree5 Disagree1

288 goals in 425 games...

Agree4 Disagree1

Looks a good player, very confident on the ball. I am cautious like the above that the board are signing players. Reckon we going to see quite a few changes/additions including manager swapped in a short time..

Agree2 Disagree1

Its a bit concerning that the owners are bringing in players, let the manager manage whoever that may be, are the owners expecting their players to be on the team sheet every Saturday? Im sure they can do a job for us but are they up to the tougher english game? Sounds like we are going to require a manager with a strong character to put his stamp on the club.

Agree4 Disagree4

Not being funny but the hasawis should be allowed to bring in a player or 2 since they are prepared to hopefully put millions in to our club. However I do not want a team full of players or their choice

Agree3 Disagree2

Just a thought - who's to say that either Cotterill or a replacement that we have lined up hasn't approved this transfer (i.e. not forced upon them by the board, only suggested)?

Agree4 Disagree0

Any manager with half a brain would have a look,Why not?

Agree2 Disagree1

These kind of signings (potentially brought in by the chairman) don't sit well with me BUT if they come in alongside the likes of Guedioura, Elokobi, etc ...... then I can live with that

Agree3 Disagree1

Get over yourselves!
give the guy a chance, no harm in him bringing a few players over, will add extra fans over in his home country etc. Also this guy looks good, you see those free kicks? doesn't matter who was in goal, hart wouldn't of stopped them or shilton!

Gertrude the red

Also I don't get why people are complaining, the guy as basically saved us and given us a profile boost over seas in my opinion

Agree2 Disagree1

I agree with most of the comments on the thread; he does look good on the clips but it must be said, some of the defending is woeful! However, Championship football, with a big hairy defender cropping you every 5 mins, on a cold wet wednesday night in February is a very different experience to what some of our new signings may be used to. (By all means lets bring them in and they do look good .....but I'm hoping for some signings who are proven in this league or the prem aswell) And like many on here, I'm paitiently waiting to hear rumours of a couple of Central defenders being lined up. Do we know what time the press conference is on Sat yet? I'll see you all down the CG to meet our new owners! I hope it's a good turn out.

Agree4 Disagree1

Firas al khatib - fast and knows where the goal is. Great impact sub if not more. Getting quite exciting now - who's next on the shopping list? Can't wait!

Agree1 Disagree0

As long as we get promoted i dont really care where the players come from

Agree1 Disagree1

After everything Cotterill has had to endure, I hope he isn't now going to be undermined with the signing of new players by the board, give the bloke some respect. I agree, this lad may look good but faced with Lynch V Huddlesfield on rainy night/afternoon in winter, what will he be like? which leads me to why he went when he must have known the takeover was imminent. He obviously wanted to go regardless, where as Chambers was desperate to stay and is probably pig sick it all went through 24 hours after he signed for the tractor boys. Anyway, Gunter for Captain now.

Agree1 Disagree0

Hi all. Love the website. Mate of mine knows Lee Camp. Apparently this Firas bloke was part of the deal when they took control of Forest. The rest of the players who will come in will be for the manager to decide. Names such as Matty Fryatt, Liam Lawrence are top of the list (Not amazingly glamorous I know). No defenders mentioned which worries me, but Campy has been told Routledge (who is mates with Blackstock) will be coming on a season long loan. Heskey and Hargreaves will be offered pay as you play contracts. Really hope they get some decent defenders in too, but attacking options will be looking good.

Agree0 Disagree0

I've just looked on the Wolves page and Kighty hasn't yet been offered a new deal?! No talk on Elokobi and little about Adlene but MM is apparently coming to us?!

RG09 {Ed034's Note - Mm?

Believable3 Unbelievable3

MM =Mick McCarthy think this is the mm {Ed034's Note - Of course. I was recking my head to think of a player with mm initials lol

Agree0 Disagree2

Mick McCarthy (MM)

RG09

Agree1 Disagree3

Why not just type mick mccarthy?

Agree3 Disagree6

Dont want MM he can f*** rite off

Agree4 Disagree2

Steve cotterill will be given a chance but the new owners want promotion straight away no pressure then

Agree0 Disagree3

Does anyone know what time the press conference is?

Agree1 Disagree0

Nottingham Forest will complete the signing of Kuwaiti International Bader Al-Mutawa. Al-Mutawa has a strong relationship with the Al-Hasawi's as he currently plays for Qadsia. The Al-Hasawi's were former owners of the Kuwaiti club. Bader is a "tricky wide man who can also play striker".

Believable1 Unbelievable4

I think Warnock signing Paddy Kenny rules him out of coming to Forest and why we chasing Kightley he hass hardly played last couple of years

Agree7 Disagree2

I hope this is true. Just type his name into Youtube and feast your eyes on his skill.

Agree2 Disagree4

Yeah Findley also looked good on youtube

Agree8 Disagree1

Knew Findley wouldn't do much he only bagged about 15 goals in 60/70 games in the MLS (rubbish league) so.....

It has been reported that last seasons on-loan signing, Adlène Guedioura, is expected to sign permanently in the coming days. He will sign a 3 year deal worth £10,000.

The fee is reported to be around £700k as new Wolves boss Ståle Solbakken looks to offload some of his fringe players.

Believable14 Unbelievable5

Really hope so. Dan T.

Agree10 Disagree1

I hope...getting depressed about lynchie leaving... {Ed034's Note - How could you get depressed when we had just been told we had been taken over??

Agree6 Disagree2

"A 3 year deal worth £10000" Thats £3333.33 per year. Even I earn more than that!! (Just)

Agree1 Disagree3

Obviously had strong feeling for Lynch! Great for us last season while Chambers was more concerned with straightening the arm band out!

Ed, your right! Its time to dare to dream again! Got a good feeling about the Hasawi family!

RG09

Agree3 Disagree2

A 3 year deal worth £10000" Thats £3333.33 per year. Even I earn more than that! (Just)

I don't! {Ed034's Note - You get more than that for signing on lol

Agree1 Disagree0

Its one thing being taken over, its another when you dont effectively have a defense...and we still dont know who we are going to buy...Lynch is high quality wfor the championship and will develop further...streets ahead of the likes of matt ruddy mills, wes too fat too slow morgan and show me the money chambers...we really have to think long and hard about who we get in centre back wise...especailly if rumours of lascalles going are also true... {Ed034's Note - Lynch wasn't high quality. He was a decent player, but can be replaced and hopefully with better. He didn't want to stay, has moved on, so let's all do the same

Agree0 Disagree0

If Lynch or Chambers had been in Forests plans they would have waited

Onwards and upwards

Agree5 Disagree1

Lynch was good but only had 1 good season no one wanted befor or are all our memory's that short

Agree0 Disagree1

3 year deal worth £10000 ? isnt that 10k? :S , so as you said £3333.33 a year, thats only three thousand three hundred, thirty three pounds and thirty three pence a year...thats nothing! or am i going crazy.

Agree0 Disagree1

Its obviously 10k a week ya dingbat.

Agree3 Disagree1

Lynch became a hell of a lot better and more confident once he was played in his proper slot as CB and had a decent run in the side. He was very hit an miss at LB but he was played out of position there. Onwards and upwards at the Citu ground!

who is harry norton nffcprophet ? he seems to think that elokobi and kightly deals are basically done along with pep being sorted out ?
is he reliable ? {Ed034's Note - Dont follow him so don't know mate

Believable1 Unbelievable2

This guy has been writing nonsense the last few weeks. Knows nothing, just stirring the pot. If you look at his previous tweets everything he has tweeted has been incorrect.

Agree3 Disagree2

What I think the op means is worth 10,000 per week

Agree0 Disagree0

What is 'pep'? You sure as hell can't be regarding to Guardiola.

the reason behind the press conf not being held till sat is new manager and new players to sort out there contracts and fee ,s steve cottrill will be released along with is staff the new manager as already given is list of players and will be unvailed on sat with new manager new chairman new owner and new shirt if you want to no my source it came from a local journo who is a very good freind to my brother..........

Believable8 Unbelievable7

So we unveil a new manager on Saturday and the first team in the states from Friday managerless and no coaches or backroom staff? I dont expect much to happen until next week, on or off the pitch. {Ed034's Note - They go monday

Agree3 Disagree1

Sky bet redknapps odds for forest job down from 100-1 last week to 5-1 tonight?

Agree1 Disagree5

I got it wrong yesterday the team fly out on Monday from Gatwick

Agree0 Disagree1

Ed, Ive been led to believe for a while that the squad leave Friday? Youve got me confused now :) {Ed034's Note - As far as I know it's Monday. I have seen it in several reports

Agree0 Disagree1

New owners won't rednapp as manager.he is not keen but will listern to offer.cotterall resigned to losing his job.

Fawaz looking to make goalkeeper, Khalid Al-Rashidi of Al Arabi his first signing. He will be unveiled at the first press conference .

Believable5 Unbelievable7

First signings must be centre backs and left back and on the coaching front bring in a coach who want to pass the ball only way forward

Agree5 Disagree1

According to some itk blokey on t**tter

Agree3 Disagree1

What? That will mean Lee Camp going into sulk overdrive!

Agree5 Disagree2

Lets hope he doesn't leak as many goals as Camp last season if true

Agree4 Disagree1

Khalid Al-Rashidi check him out on you tube. Confident Quick Safe hands He doesn't panic uder pressure FTID

People saying a deal for 3 wolves players is all but done, george, geddy and kightly. anyone else heard this via t**tter?

Agree3 Disagree2

Have been following all your posts for a couple of weeks now,and yes there have been a few players leaving,im just left asking myself why gunter never left, there have been a number of clubs after him for a while now, there must have been some one telling him to hang on in there!maybe the players that have left were not in the future plans, any way its all exciting and a long time over due! {Ed034's Note - For me he would be a fantastic captain.

Agree7 Disagree2

I heard this but is he any better than Lee Camp or Darlow? I fear not.

Agree0 Disagree0

That blokey on twitter has been spot on up to now, he is bringing the keeper and a striker for his previous club, cost around $800k to buy out their contracts.....Fact

RG09

Agree2 Disagree0

Gunter is loyal and agree with ed would be a good captain

Agree6 Disagree0

I think he should get a 5 year deal and captaincy think Gunter is class and has a brilliant attitude future forest legend in my eyes

Agree7 Disagree1

Gunter has shown tremendous intelligence, loyalty and passion for the club but is not level headed enough on pitch to be captain.

I have inside info of Forests transfer policy.

You might not like this but it will follow a similar policy to the previous one but with no upper limit on spending and only restricted by the financial fair play rules. They will only sign the right player and not just any player. Apparently they have already made an enquiry about Rob Earnshaw. Also the new owners have already authorised an almost blank cheque to invest in young players and any required improvements to an already very good academy.

Believable5 Unbelievable19

If true I think its a bit short sighted. We need to bolster the squad with at least five senior players to give us time to find these youngsters. im no expert but I dont here enough about an entire squad of up and coming players in the acadamy.

Agree6 Disagree7

Don't talk the greatest load of drivel.
Earnie will not be returning to the CG.
Not good enough!
IERM

Agree12 Disagree3

We dont want Earnshaw, we want a proper ST that can score more goals, if we get him, we are going back wards, also i agree , whata wrong with only buying players we need, that good, and inverstment into academy is good as well

Agree9 Disagree1

FFP not even in yet {Ed034's Note - i thought it was in, just not fully yet

Agree4 Disagree3

Any 1 know what time the press conference is on saturday ?

Agree0 Disagree1

Mr Hassawi has apparently said he wants to be open to input from the fans , I personally would like to see a spanish coach included at the academy.

Agree10 Disagree3

Press conference will be announced on the OS, just need to keep looking.

Agree0 Disagree2

Earnshaw scored a goal every other game for Forest. Many he only played off the bench. Why would you not want a striker with a goal ratio like that?

Agree3 Disagree1

Good idea.I wanna see a Spanish coach at the Academy too.Preferably with the World Cup and Euros winning squad inside it.
IERM

Agree3 Disagree1

No. You don't have inside info on the transfer policy.

Agree1 Disagree0

"Why would you not want a striker with a goal ratio like that?"
Because in his last season here he was mediocre at best.

Agree1 Disagree1

Don't shoot the messenger mate. Its only what i've been told, its not my opinion....

Agree0 Disagree0

Earnshaw WAS a great signing for us and did a very good job. Sadly though, he's past his sell-by-date but still on very good money, which is why he's been on the bench for Cardiff for so long without any interest. If he ain't good enough for them, he ain't NOW good enough for us

Agree2 Disagree1

Michael Owen signed?

''Nottingham Forest
On the 11th July 2012 Michael Owen signed a proffesional contract with Nottingham Forest until 2013. He has yet to make an appearance for the club''

It's on Wikipedia, i know it can be edited by anyone, but its still interesting

Believable3 Unbelievable14

He's signed for Stoke mate

Agree3 Disagree5

Micheal Owen, Aaron Ramsey, Owen Hargreaves...if any of these came true the first thing our new owners would need to invest in is an extended treatment centre!

Agree12 Disagree2

Why on earth would we be interested in Owen, so he could sit on the bench all season earning a fortune for doing nowt.
We dont need this sort of player, we want hungry players with bags of skill, youth and ambition

Agree13 Disagree4

We have just missed out on this super signing I'm afraid. He has signed for Hucknall Town instead according to wiki!!

Agree1 Disagree3

If on a 'pay as you play' contract then I would be happy with him signing but like you so rightly mention Wiki can get edited by anyone and in this case probably an hopeful Man Utd fan ;)

Agree3 Disagree1

Its not on there anymore....

Agree0 Disagree1

Dont want Owen always has been over-rated {Ed034's Note - A fit Owen would be a huge asset. I'm just not sure if there is still such a thing though

Agree0 Disagree0

Agree with you there Ed. If Owen was fit he would have been unemployed for less than a second.

Agree0 Disagree0

He has just said himself on twitter will only play in prem or abroad

According to an Arsenal shareholder @DarrenArsenal1 on Twitter, he's said to his followers to put money on Harry Redknapp to become the next Forest manager.

The guy is apparently Arsenal's version of Capello, if he says ten things will happen, nine do eventually happen. I for one hope it's part of the nine.

Believable10 Unbelievable10

He probably a bookie Ha :D

Agree5 Disagree3

Lets hope not.

if 10 million is committed by the new owners, 9 million will end up in an offshore bank account

Agree6 Disagree6

YOU'RE MAD IF YOU WOULDN'T WANT REDKNAPP AS MANAGER

Agree10 Disagree6

Would love that to happen

Agree5 Disagree1

Ed... I bet you've never been so busy on this site..... Good work.....coyr {Ed034's Note - i have had it on in the background all day, while i'm doing my day job. it's a pleasure to do when it's positive stuff

Agree5 Disagree2

I stil want BD back. He is tried and tested with forest. We played some good football and we were pushing promotion 2years in a row. We be in premier league by now if he got just a little more investment in the 10/11 season. Hes the man to take us to the prem then we can think about managers that have experience in the prem when we are there.

Agree6 Disagree5

Yes, he tried and in the end he just tested everyones patients.

Agree4 Disagree3

Oh dear ^^^^ Billy fans need to seriously get over him!

Forest new owners are keen to sign Aaron Ramsey from Arsenal for £6.Million pounds.

Believable10 Unbelievable14

Not worth it, would rather sign a couple of 3m players instead.

Agree15 Disagree7

Cant see this happening

Agree9 Disagree4

Could be a good signing.Composure and a brain.

Agree7 Disagree6

Surely Aaron Ramsey is the kind of quality we need sign him up on loan for the season.

Agree7 Disagree7

Well at least he will give the physio something to do, like we haven't got enough sick notes...

Agree7 Disagree4

Rednapp has been spoken to at the CG last week .....so have others

Agree2 Disagree7

This is ture Ramsey would be good as a loan for 1 or 2 season

Agree2 Disagree5

You muppets, he's a first team regular with Champions League next year. So Forest were bought out, they're still only Championship.

I'm just as excited as everyone else on the talkover news. But spending millions is not good policy. Seen Portsmouth recently? Slow building would be much better. If the owners signed fifteen 12 year olds with natural ability, I'd be happier than £6million on Ramsey.

Agree8 Disagree1

Firstly AR would not drop to the Championship when he is clearly Premier League quality and HR, let's get realistic! Apart from Spurs every club harry has been to like Southampton and Portsmouth ended up in administration!

RG09

Agree11 Disagree1

Are you lot aware of financial fair play rules?

Agree7 Disagree1

Championship clubs have voted 21-3 in favour of introducing strict new Financial Fair play rules. Clubs that overspend will be punished with a Transfer embargo. The details are attached here.

Plans to introduce a model that restricted clubs to spending a percentage of their turnover have been abandoned in favour of 'breakeven' model that restricts the level of losses a club can make. In the face of practical and legal challenges, the first sanctions will not now be in place until 1 January 2015, in the form of transfer embargoes.

Mmmmmm...and we are in...yes it's 2012

Agree3 Disagree2

Forest wages for new signings £10k a week MAX, and you think Ramsay would drop down to the Championship for this amount? {Ed034's Note - How do you know the wage structure??

Agree3 Disagree3

So you must be lynchie or another out of contract player to know what the max is

Agree1 Disagree0

How do you work this out Reid greening are on at least 15k at themin not going to take a pay cut

Agree1 Disagree1

This is Fav rumour so far would love it to happen but what a load of .......

Agree0 Disagree0

They may be keen but its never going to happen unless we get into the prem... only additions to mid field we need are pep a must have after last season and a fast and tricky wide right player oh someone like McCleary

Neil Warnock is still odds on to become the next Manager of Nottingham forest. With the future of Leeds still in the balance and fan revolt over Warnock last season,he may just now be tempted to join Forest knowing the future of the club will be safe. Steve cotterill could still have a role as a coach if he accepts the offer. Expect news this Saturday at the press conference . {Ed034's Note -

Believable4 Unbelievable11

Will that mean we will sign Paddy Kenny too::

Agree5 Disagree6

Don't want Warnock! Not in a million years!

RG09

Agree9 Disagree3

Paddy Kenny signed 3 year deal at Leeds source Sky Sports!

Agree2 Disagree0

Been a forest fan all my life, saw my first game in 1975 been there for all the up's and down's since. But if Warnock comes will seriously have to consider my support for my club {Ed034's Note - Really??? You would honestly consider supporting your club because of one person???

Agree1 Disagree2

Dont get me wrong wouldn't support another club couldn't Forest tattoo'd on my heart but would never pay to see them while warnock was there. Really can't stand the guy not that impressed by his track record either not been that exceptional {Ed034's Note - but your support your club, not your manager. don't get me wrong i would hate to see him or that little burk down the a5-2, but i would still be being told to sit down in my usual seat every game......stupid annoying stewards (bar chesney of course)

Agree3 Disagree1

Fair point. about the stewards got to be the second worse in the champ. Blackpool the worst wouldn't even let me in cus i smelt of booze hadn't even had time to get a drink

Agree1 Disagree0

Would like to see Adlène Guedioura back at forest was impressed by him on loan

The new owners will evaluate Stuart Pearce's performance over the olympics and if things don't work out with SC then he will be offered a contract.

Believable7 Unbelievable15

I don't think this is the case, but nice thinking. Psycho is a fans choice, him or Roy Keane would really bring the fans back, not sure if they are the right brand of manager. Normally bigger names fail at this level, the best managers are those coming through the ranks....try to find one of those, maybe SC is the man?

Agree8 Disagree7

Roy Keane no chance!

Agree9 Disagree2

Physco is feeling rejected after being frozen out by Roy Hodgeson over the summer and is looking for league experience, the new owners want history, passion and to keep the fans on side, they see it as the perfect appointment.

Agree6 Disagree3

Psycho still has no track record in management to speak of.

his appointment would put bums on seats in the short term but whether it would be good for forest is another matter entirely.

Agree8 Disagree3

Would be good though

Agree2 Disagree5

Bums on seats = Matin O'neil. {Ed034's Note - Why would he come to us when he's at Sunderland??

Agree1 Disagree2

11 Jul 2012 09:34:46
Lynch was allowed to go as Higginbotham will be signed in the next few days, and as they are both left sided central defenders Lynch wouldnt have played much as Danny is going to made captain

Tamas Kadar (free) and Steve McManus (loan) are being lined up as the other new central defenders

Bjorn Riise will be the new right winger from Fulham on a free

George Elokobi coming from Wolves for £250k

Hendry Thomas coming from Wigan on a free

Believable5 Unbelievable14

Kadar and McManus - Even more reason to wish Chambers and especially Lynch had waited before signing off!

Agree5 Disagree1

Higginbotham staying at stoke he was al right at forest but nothing special

Agree6 Disagree1

Higginbottom is too old we need a more mobile Centre half but i admit he does have the brain to carry on playing

Agree7 Disagree0

Bjorn Helge Riise? Never in a million year!! If he signs for us I`ll stop travelling from Oslo - he is a whining clown with no attitude at all. All he wants is a big paycheck to buy him ugly caps and tattoos...NO THANK YOU

Agree5 Disagree0

So we now have money so we are gonna bring average players in on a free or loan dont think so pal i would say expect 7 signings for a total of about 7mil

Agree3 Disagree1

11 Jul 2012 07:31:15
Confirmed on Sky Sports transfer clockwatch Lynch has left for Huddersfield

Believable11 Unbelievable1

Yep, all confirmed on a 3 year deal..!

If only they had waited....!

Agree6 Disagree1

Gutted.... He must have had a conversation with the Management @ Forest before going. I think he will be the biggest loss of all the players that have left this summer!

Agree13 Disagree5

Disappointing as I thought he was one of only a few players who shone last season...when he played

Agree12 Disagree2

Of course he's gone. The absence of a contract means that clubs are able to sign players without paying a transfer fee. This allows the player and agent to share an improved signing on fee.

That's why players leave to go to likes of Ipswich and Huddersfield.

Agree11 Disagree1

I don't think Chambo or Lynch were part of the al-Hasawi's plans. If they were, surely they'd tell them 'Look, stall it for as long as possible and don't go to any clubs as we're about to takeover'.

Agree8 Disagree1

Lets hope the new owners care more about keeping players

Agree6 Disagree1

Anelka will replace Miller . Miller will join Brighton along with Tudgay. Expect around 10 new signings.

Believable5 Unbelievable20

With the fotballstyle Brighton plays how can they buy ish and tudgay?

Agree5 Disagree2

Anelka's on a fortune... Good youth up and coming talent like Jordon Rhodes is whats needed here o and Billy Sharpe.

Agree9 Disagree1

No way are we going to be able to afford jordan rhodes.....

Agree3 Disagree6

Sorry mate but I totally disagree. I doubt we will buy him but I very much believe we Could afford Jordan Rhodes. What would it take do you think? £5.5? £6M? How much do you estimate Ed? {Ed034's Note - i think an offer of £4m plus on of Derbyshire or Mcgoldrick could be enough

Agree4 Disagree1

He would be a nice addition but from Huddersfields standpoint it would not make sense. Selling Rhodes would make your strike force weak and adding either of those two would really stuff it up. I think it would have to be straight cash and lots of it.

Agree0 Disagree1

Jordan Rhodes would be great....but why would Huddersfield want either McGodrick or Derbyshire ?? Derbyshire seemed to vanish of the face of the planet and McGoaldrought is the worst striker we've ever had. !! {Ed034's Note - Mcgoldrick has a lot of potential and a manager may feel he can bring it out of him. Don't know with Derbyshire lol maybe if he changed his name to Nottinghamshire he may start to improve

Agree2 Disagree0

Haha very funny,

Agree0 Disagree0
