Percy saying Paladini is acting alone on Twitter. Hope it's true as that'd suggest he's not involved?

Believable9 Unbelievable2

Whos percy? {Ed034's Note - John Percy. He is a sports reporter for the telegraph

Agree3 Disagree0

So do we seriously think palladini woke up one morning and decided to tap up a contracted manager of his own bat? (allegedly)

Agent 279

Agree4 Disagree5

Could be his way of showing off his contacts...it backfired massively... but could have been an attempt to provide evidence and convince the hasawi family to hire him.

I watched the 4 year plan today....paladini comes off as more of a puppet than an idiot, just doing briatores bidding. on several occasions he stands up for his belief QPR should stick by which ever manager it was at the time but ultimately must obey briatore, on the other hand he dances like a mad man and has negative knee jerk vocalisations of his opinion...although he does not act upon them immediately.

I hope we stick with Frank Clarke, but im sure if the decision is made to sack cotterill his position will become untenable

Agree5 Disagree2

Paladii is an person and is highly likely to have acted alone trying to impress the family.

Agree1 Disagree2

I agree - Paladini is a person

Agree3 Disagree6

Anyone know where you can still get this 4-yr-plan documentary?

Agree2 Disagree1

Be good if it was that soon get things moving quicker

Agree4 Disagree1

Sooner the better !! i will defo renew season ticket now,was thinking about having a year off as i travel 300miles round trip ev game so gets expensive.i just hope we dont become a blackburn n people who stay on or come in come come to the forest to fight tooth and nail for the course and back the owners up ! i dont want money grabbers or fame hunters, honest hardworking and people who will give 100% (players n staff) 7 days a week.if that happens the fans will flood back !!!!!!!!! ed if you know off any1 who wants to car share im in the bristol area ! thx {Ed034's Note - I don't but if you put it as an op I'll add it on each week for you

Nathan Eccleston available on free having left Liverpool. Would be a great young acquisition. Talented with pace. {Ed034's Note - 100% agree

Believable17 Unbelievable6

Can't be any worse than the last liverpool youngster we brought, he's gotta be better than ando.

Agree5 Disagree9

Would definately be a player to start us moving in the right direction

Agree8 Disagree2

No he has off field problems and is unproven. We need established quality.

I think people should stop thinking about Billy coming back.. I don't think the new owners will want him especially if theyve been with marthur! Steve cotterill did really well last season and should be rewarded with backing and financial support

Stevie cotterills red and white army!!

Believable14 Unbelievable17

Billy has an emotional attachment to Forest, he loves the passionate supporters, loves the history, he got sacked on bad judgement by doughty, he definitely deserves the chance to come back. Cotterill does well with clubs in a negative position and a club with lots of money isn't a club in crisis. Get rid! Hoof ball isn't attractive football and would we have stayed up if Portsmouth didn't get deducted points?.....highly debatable. In a nutshell....BRING BACK KING BILLY

Agree19 Disagree2

I've never heard any Forest fan sing Steve Cotterills Red and White Army and I sit in the A block!

FTID {Ed034's Note - Doesn't mean the fans do not respect what he has done. I have friends hat sit in a block that think he's done a good job. I sit in u1 and 90% of fans in u1 and u2 get behind him. Each to there own, just get begin the team during the 90+ mins. These differences are what makes football so great to be a part of

Agree5 Disagree6

As much as I think Billy was great 4 forest n I was hacked right off when he was sacked.... I truly believe sc deserves a fare chance 2 prove his worth as he's put up with plenty of crap an yes he went in with his eyes wide open but would any of us true forest fans manage a shop with little stock or sub standard goods on the shelf n yet still be expected 2 produce results every week... Billy Davies love him but sc his our manager show him the respect he's shown us every day an ge may just surprise us ?? If not then fare enough like every other club we look again

Agree6 Disagree6

If fans aren't getting behind their manager than maybe they shouldn't be sitting in A block

Agree5 Disagree6

We want a new manager, not one that gets luckie, or comes out blaming everyone but him self

Agree9 Disagree6

If not billy or sc who would think could do the job ed? {Ed034's Note - I think keane would get the place buzzing or maybe lee clarke

Agree2 Disagree9

I sit in a4 and I bet your 1 of the boo boys who starts with the we want our billy back chant? Which probably helped with the crap home form sc kept us up and his signings were better than any the dwarf has made

Agree3 Disagree5

Bring back billy !
Bring back kenny !
Never the same second time around

Agree7 Disagree4

Ed I'd like too agree but I don't think anyone can dispute that until SOD came in apart from SC first 3/4 games we were playing terrible football, I had high hopes for SC and ignored the fact pompy fans were glad to get rid, that he may be right for Forest and the way he handled the fans chanting for Billy must have took some effort for that I respect him but I don't think he is the man to take us forward.

FTID

Agree9 Disagree2

I agree think sc has to be given a chance got us out the position the wally with brolly got us in

Agree5 Disagree6

Wouldn't say Aaron Ramsey was crap.

Agree6 Disagree1

Ramsey wouldn't have come if not for Gunter even billy stayed he got him here! You might disagree but I think a lot of what billy got in had already been scouted by calderwood, but don't get me wrong billy got them playing!

Agree4 Disagree1

Although SC deserves a fair crack next season, I think Mick mcarthy could be a good replacement as he plays decent football and knows what it takes to win the league.. He could also push a deal for ebanks

Agree3 Disagree7

Mr Davies is very much like Marmite or Guinness. You either love or hate. I love Marmite and Guinness. Mr Davies had his chance. Played some great footy at times but ultimately failed, twice.
He kept on saying what a winner he was but he was a loser. He never won anything besides a promotion with Dirby (whoopy-doo) and was the foundation for the worst team in premiership history (what a shame).
I'm going to get a cheese and marmite toastie and a pint of guinness and dream about the future and not dwell on the past. The futures bright, the futures Garibaldi.

Agree1 Disagree4

Guediora contributed more than ramsey and did billy bring in ramsey or was it the AP?

Agree7 Disagree0

Cant believe people want sc he got the record for the longest run in forest's history for the team not scoring a goal with pretty much the same set of players that had got to the play offs less than 12 months earlier,
talk about having a short memory.

Agree6 Disagree1

Clough junior is forest through and through and with he's done well with derby considering he's not had much spending money....forest is in his blood and i think he'de be at his best managing forest. i doubt it will happen though... im sure he's happy for us though {Ed034's Note - Not anymore he isn't and imam not sure he would be very welcome at the city ground

Agree3 Disagree4

To be fair to Cotterill for the first few games he was still trying to win back the locker room. Once he did that and bought in players we did ok.

Agree3 Disagree2

Clough is a ram.. Why would a club with money want non league Nigel?! We should be looking at managers such as gus poyet Roberto Martinez Or if these bloke are worth real money then marcelo bielsa

Agree3 Disagree1

Clough junior is NOT Forest thr and thru and if you were a real fan you would know that. His actions since joining Derby have been antagonistic and disrespectful to Forest. PLUS he does not have the proper coaching badges.

SC will be given until January. Get over it and support the team!

Agree5 Disagree4

I dont want Mick McCarthy decent chap but style of football is out with dinosaurs and E Banks Blake you got to be joking have u seen him lately have to widen the ground to get him in! too lazy for my liking!

Agree5 Disagree1

McCarthy's football is out with the dinosaurs??
Have you ever watched a Wolves match.
He plays with wingers, Pacey young players and powerful strikers.
I would not be too dissapointed with Big Mick.

can peeps not believe the media about the ferguson thing or paladini being involved as neither are true trust i was the 1 on thursday that said this time next week we will be millionaires well i have been informed that the king is on the shortlist to replace cotterill IF he loses his job {Ed034's Note - Does that mean Peterborough are lying?

Believable3 Unbelievable3

Billy the king???
Would love that!!!

Agree11 Disagree7

Paladini is one of those appointed by the al hasawis mate

Agree3 Disagree2

Biiiy Davis. Good manager. good motivator but own worst enemy rubbing the board up the wrong way.His last season was more about getting a long contract for himself than premier league football.

Agree2 Disagree3

Agree. It seemed to me that Billy forgot he was an employee. Airing gripes in public, regardless of success eventually irratates the most patient of bosses.

Agree2 Disagree2

c {Ed034's Note - to the poster having a go at our late owner. Please can we let him rest in piece and look to the future. The time to blame him for this, that and the other has gone and no posts having a go at him will be posted. I hope you understand

big billy davis has made a commentthat he maby joining us once more com on billy

cock munchers {Ed034's Note - Where has he made this mate??

Believable6 Unbelievable4

Disagree...one it is DavIES... 2 "big"? come on mate

in all seriousness though i cant see that happening. if advisors to the hasawi's are already tapping up the like of ferguson I think well be heading in a new direction as opposed to returning to an old one

Agree2 Disagree2

It would be interesting to know how many supporters would actually like to see Billy back? I for one would like to see him back! When we lost to fester at there ground and we were chanting "we want our Billy back" I can remember him saying he felt he had Unfinished Business with Forest so......

FTID

Agree10 Disagree4

Unsure if we want billy back they say never go back

Agree6 Disagree10

O please stop with the billy davis old news let him stay out of work give sc a chance to prove himself he did well with the loans

Agree7 Disagree13

Other than clark and possibly hart billy was the best manager we have had since clough in my book i would say the best saved us from relegation then twice in play offs and he made us 1 of the most feared teams to play at home in england when we went 36 games unbeaten and mastermind the second worst defeat in history and possibly the best performance ive seen against our biggest rivals if he can do that on a small budget imagine what he can do with a bigger budget and with marthur out the way i personally wished he never left or shall i say forced out {Ed034's Note - Good well thought post

Agree11 Disagree3

Imo,i dont think sc is the man to take us forward. The Reds upturn in form last season, was the arrival of sod, imo.

Agree8 Disagree2

Cheers ed it winds me up that some fans criticise billy for his outspoken views but he told us what we wanted to hear and he was right all along ive been watching forest since 78 and seen some pretty good performances down the years and when billy was in charge some of the home games were simply jaw dropping he may not of did the same away apart from west brom away but the most important thing was he games the home fans value for money with some breath taking football im not saying get rid of cotterill but what about a davies/cotterill joint management davies does the home squads and cotterill does the away as cotterill away record was pretty dam good

Agree7 Disagree3

Cotterill has not done well. End of. He just hasn't been quite as bad as McClaren, although he's has more time. With our team, on paper, we should not have been in the bottom 6. I'm not by any means suggesting we were capable of play-offs or promotion last season, but a half-decent manager would've had us finishing comfortably mid-table. {Ed034's Note - even after looking back and thinking about how bad he had it, a squad with no confidence, no balance, wasn't able I bring anyone in until January, players arguing, an owner sadly dying........are you telling me he did a bad job??

Agree8 Disagree2

U say Small budget we was in top 3 spenders 2 seasons we made play offs

Agree5 Disagree1

Yes, ed, i thought i'd made that quite clear...
I'm not convinced about Davies returning, but imagine if he'd have taken over from McClaren instead... would we have lost all of those home games in winter? gone 7 without scoring? been annihilated by leeds, leicester or southampton? 1 win in 3 months between november 19th and feb 18th... shall I continue? If we want promotion, he has to go. no debate. {Ed034's Note - Thete is a debate as there are a lot more posters on here that think sc has done a good enough job to be given a chance, to those who don't.
I think managers show how good they not when everything is hunky doory, but when things are in the smelly stuff and how well they turn it around. Sc did a fantastic job at turning it around and dud what he got asked to do when he took the job.....kept us up.
If you took a job and got set a target of by a certain date you must have hit a figure of 1000. Would you be happy you got sacked, even though you got that target with a couple of weeks spare, just because it your first few weeks wasn't very good???

Agree1 Disagree2

And in fairness, Davies hardly had a small budget. he spent 6million in transfer fees alone at the start of the 2009-10 season

Agree4 Disagree0

I think you're deluded if you believe most fans want to keep Cotterill {Ed034's Note - I read every post on here and the vat majority do. I also talk to a lot of forest fans, read a lot of other sites and it's the same. I think you have some bee in your bonnet about sc and will not consider any other argument. You are of course intuited to your opinion, just as long as you give your all to support the players during the game, when being a supporter really counts

Agree3 Disagree3

I knew you believed that you were god's messenger ed, but i didn't know that it was cotter ill who you were worshipping! {Ed034's Note - Not worshipping, I am just being fair. His job was to keep us up and that was what he did

Agree1 Disagree1

Cotterill took over a squad low on confidence may be true, but when he first took over we won two on the bounce against Boro and Blackpool, and ended up winning 3 out of 4. Was our confidence still low then?

Agree2 Disagree0

Confidence was high in the team because of the influence of Mr O'Driscoll. We were all at sea before he joined the ship and put it back on an even keel. (Apologies for the nautical references but I'm on barge on the Grand Union) {Ed034's Note - Then well done to sc for bringing him in

Agree2 Disagree2

Ed my previous comments was not suggesting i disagree with cotterill's appointment but i just dont think he is the right man to drive us forward i will hold my hands up and say he did a superb job in keeping us in the division but i see that was only because o'driscoll arrived i know he made some cracking loan signings but some of his tactics have been puzzling but in fairness like a previous post said he did have to pick a team up that was on a real low which i do give him a lot of credit for {Ed034's Note - I wish people pud put there views across like you have just done. I put on a post earlier about if you ad gone into a job with a target, which you hit a couple of weeks before you deadline, would you think it was fair if they then sacked you?? I think he deserves until the end of December to prove he is not just good at firefighting, but can also create a team that is capable of challenging. Do people tink that is fair, given the fact he did what he was asked last season??

Agree0 Disagree0

Fair point ed given what cotterill did by steering us clear of relegation i do think he still could have a role at forest but dont think it could be as a first team manager i just dont think he has the tactical know how for this level of football {Ed034's Note - I don't think he'll want to be a second, so if he doesn't prove himself, let him go. But I think he has earned the right to have a shot

Agree0 Disagree0

While IMO Cotterill does deserve some credit for keeping us up i think some of the credit does have to go to (cue chorus of boooos) to Mark Arthur getting 1mil for a massively over rated centre half with 6 months on his contract and 1.5 plus possible add ons for a all be it talented but teenage CF with 2 mins 1st team football under his belt, that provided the funds to sign the all important loan signings the help keep us up. but there is still no escaping the fact that under SC we saw some of the worst football at the club for many years excluding leeds away, boxing day against p'boro was a real low point, now maybe he has got it in his locker to get us playing properly again (personally i doubt this) but hey unless we are going to get a top draw manager, i think maybe stick with him, better the devil you know and all that!
also i think its time we had a clear out of some of the squad
Chambers had one cracking season then gets the arm band and thinks he is all billy big time
Anderson was good on loan good for his first year but he always seems to be carrying a knock and is tbh average
and surely Mcgoldrick has to be out of contract by now pleeeeease!

forest to sign wolves midfielder michael kightly, as soon as the take over is completed. {Ed034's Note - Hope so

Kuwait Times - July 01

Believable17 Unbelievable0

Think people need to calm down until its all sorted

Agree12 Disagree3

Yea, kuwait internationals,lol

Agree10 Disagree5

We're all excited tho.....anyone know how rich they exactly are?? I just want us to finish above Leicester and Derby next season.... i'll be happy with that.

Agree12 Disagree4

To 'Think people need to calm down' - don't come on to a rumours site if you want to stay calm - fans posting on here are enjoying all the rumours! and why not - it's exciting times! Some rumours will have a grain of truth, others won't. As was said before - that is what a RUMOURS site is all about - getting fans excited - let's face it, there was little to get excited about last season and, anyway, it keeps the editor on his Toes!! well done Ed for the regularly updates. {Ed034's Note - No worries mate

Agree8 Disagree1

Got nothing to do with rich.
All about how much the players that wear the Garibaldi want success.
Not just the supporters.
We have been carrying some lame ducks the last few seasons who didn't want success badly enough.
A few have left or are about to leave...not soon enough.

Raise a cheer for a memorable season to come.

Might be long queues now for season tickets.
I'll be renewing, now I have some indication of where our great club is heading.

COYR BC Stand

Agree3 Disagree3

Ed - 034 note - I understand mate {Ed034's Note -

Agree2 Disagree1

I think we need to calm down abit most of the top Premiership clubs have billionaires Aston Villa have one and look where they ended up lets be realistic and enjoy the fact that we wont be going into administration or league 1 next season and the futures looking brighter than a few months ago.

Agree5 Disagree2

On a cautious note I just hope we haven't 'sold our souls'. What I mean is I don't want us to be playing at the 'Kuwaiti Stadium' or the 'Al Hasawi Bowl'! And God forbid losing the Gaibaldi to play in pink & yellow or some other colours - ie look at Cardiff being forced to now play in red & white. That would be a step too far.

Agree2 Disagree1

Is it not the managers/acquisition panels job to decide on and sign players?

Agree1 Disagree3

with nottingham forest looking to be a super club once again.

they are looking at a mix of youth and experience to take the title by storm.

dos santos, vela, bebe as the youth. lucio, seedorf as possible experience.

the manager will be rafa benitez. {Ed034's Note - No chance whatsoever at getting any of those players mentioned

Believable3 Unbelievable14

Seedorf signed for botafogo...dos santos hates england after his nightmare at spurs...benitez other day on sky sports news said he looks for prem teams so wouldnt drop down to the championship, so untill we get up there...its a no

Agree7 Disagree5

What utter nonsense.

Reality check:

I have being eagerly watching and waiting for news of a takeover like everyone else, and while optimistic I think most of what the Forest fans are saying here is delusional...

How, other that with exorbitant wages, are we going to attract the kind of player that will bring Champions league football to the Trent? Lucio? Seedorf? Scolari or Redknapp??
It's not London, Paris or Barcelona, we do not have the population or the attractions of other big European cities, Nottingham is a medium sized provincial city.

And lets be realistic, a new owner while willing to support their investment is not going to pump millions and million into our medium sized provincial club where the biggest possible attendance can not exceed 35,000 and there is little or not chance or recouping their investment...

Premier League respectability I think is a more realistic assessment of what should be our long term goals... {Ed034's Note - As much as I agree with you with regards to some of the names being suggested, Liverpool is a very similar size to Nottingham and they dont do too bad

Agree9 Disagree3

Www.citypopulation.de/UK.html - Cached

If you follow the link above you see that Nottingham Forest catchment area is not as small as some would have you believe in fact not much less liverpool. This may be part of the reason the club has attracted the attensions of wealthy buyers

Agree3 Disagree0

Biggest attendance can't exceed 35,000? is that why our record, from the 50s when nottingham's population was much smaller, is just under 50,000? and we used to get over 40,000 when nottingham was a smaller city under clough. If we were successful enough, i.e. european football, we could potentially attract 50,000 a week... but premiership promotion would mean a 35,000 average... and look, if we're at the right end of the league next seson, we'll be getting 27.28.29,000 most weeks

Agree5 Disagree2

To all the doom mongers posting on here your necks in! Thank God you lot are not in charge of the development and growth of a club or organisation.
As per Ed Nottinghamshire is more than large enough to attract 40,000 in the EPL with room for more growth.
Also these guys will be likely to build a campus which will include other revenue generating schemes not just the stadium.
What they have bought is the Brand, Worldwide Appeal and the Two Stars that we owe so much to Sir Brian of Clough.
Cut the negative (and dont say were only being realistic) tosh and get behind the club and new owners and enjoy the ride.
Gotta feeling its going to be fun!!

Agree7 Disagree2

We won't get in excess of 35,000 without expanding the ground or building a new one. The planning permission granted for Gamston will still be valid so that may be something in the pipeline for us once again, or main stand rebuilt & expanded subject to planning consents etc.

Agree1 Disagree1

Yeah, look at the sheep dip. They regularly get 30k+ every home match (although they give a lot of their tickets away for free). They are a smaller city with less population than Nottingham so I think 40k+ attendances (stadium capacity permitting) is realistic.

Agree3 Disagree0

Upgrading the stadium is a must! Buy the land it's on first which will deffinately save us a fair ammount in the long run, is it possible to join the corners of the ground like in the bridgeford end?

Agree2 Disagree0

"We won't get 35,000 without expanding the ground"

Well of course we won't, because the City Ground doesn't hold 35,000 currently!!!

Agree3 Disagree0

We wont be staying at The City Ground, As per my previous post the Kuwaitis will build a 50K capacity state of the art stadium (one of the new owners is in construction for starters) in a campus with likely restaurants, hotel and businesses as well as a top category A training and academy, Most likely spot I see is the Eastside near the Train Station.
It gets more exciting the more snippets I hear!

Agree2 Disagree1

With over 675000 people living in the Nottingham area, Nottingham is the seventh largest city in the UK.
Greater London 8,278,251
2 West Midlands (Birmingham) 2,284,093
3 Greater Manchester 2,240,230
4 West Yorkshire (Leeds) 1,499,465
5 Tyneside (Newcastle) 879,996
6 Liverpool 816,216
7 Nottingham 675,358
8 Sheffield 640,720
9 Bristol 551,066
10 Brighton 461,181
so not really a medium sized provincial city as far as the UK is concerned!

Agree2 Disagree0

Just to note Nottingham may have a very large conurbation but as a city is not very big. Leicester has a bigger city for example. Also there is no planning permission granted on the gamston site. Any development of a new ground will be on the eastland next to opposite the railway station

Agree0 Disagree0

Just to point out planning permission to expand the current stadium has been refused and will never be given. If we were to build a new stadium it would be in Clifton.

Agree0 Disagree1

Clifton would never get planning either. NCC want a stadium in the city and I think the fans would too.

Agree3 Disagree0

We don't want a new stadium that's so far out of the city every home match feels like an away match. there is an option to develop hte City Ground but only if we are allowed to buy up the surrounding properties and spread up towwaeds Trent Bridge, down towards the Grantham Canal and across towards the cricket ground. we probably wouldn't need all of that land, but certainly much more than we have now. Also, the council need to seel the land to Forest too as the new owners will surely be reluctant to spend money on something they don't wholely own.

Agree0 Disagree0

Before the world cup knock back and after rejection on the original site I recall another site being mentioned at Eastside/London road, hotels, mega casino etc. these Kuwaitis can certainly build and ate buying up land everywhere

Agree1 Disagree0

I wish everyone would just calm down, and stop thinking this family are going to spend their fortune on us. they didnt get the money they have now by just throwing money at their ventures. I hope they do it properly and slowly.... and for everyones information they are not billionaires they are millionaires.

Believable5 Unbelievable6

No proof anywhere of their wealth

Agree2 Disagree1

How do you know about their wealth? Different sites give different figures, so what is your source? {Ed034's Note - The lowest figure I have seen is 700m. Now let's be honest, that's not too bad is it??

Agree4 Disagree0

All 3 of them together are Billionaires

Agree5 Disagree2

Yeah agree with the above, Fawaz alone has been reported as having between 700m and 1-2billion, but together they certainly have upwards of a billion

Agree4 Disagree0

Guys its not the personal wealth that matters a jot its the backing and investment they can bring to the party.
Forget Billions thes guys are connected to much larger sums Wordlwide than that!

Agree1 Disagree2

And if his wife's family, the royal family, get involved then... wow!

Agree1 Disagree0

Putting three millionaires together does not make them billionaires even if their total wealth exceeds a billion.it just makes them three millionaires. i hope they spend their money wisely and keep the club stable.

Agree3 Disagree2

Well it does, 'the family are billionaires'.

Agree2 Disagree2

If u go on the arab business rich list neither of the brothers come in at the billion dollar mark. {Ed034's Note - But they are buying it as a family and as a family they are billionaires.

Agree1 Disagree0

As said above, I'd say Fawaz is worth at his lowest 700 million but highest two billion.

No clue about Abdulaziz and Omar but I expect a few hundred million perhaps, so over a billion. Also, it's been said a few times Fawaz may use his connections in the Middle East to get new investors and new money, etc.

Interesting times ahead.

Paladins is NOT part of the al-Hasawi plans.

They will bring in there people: David Dein (chairman), Tony Woodcock (DoF), Kiavash Joorabchian (Special Adviser)

Gary Cool, former Man City boss, will replace Mark Arthur.

They have a shortlist of 3 managers, but I'm not certain who they are.

Kia Joorabchin, Tevez agent amongst others, yeah good one

I got a lot of stick last week for posting about Fawaz and the youth players that will be coming as part of the take over deal, however I have something else that will make all you so called real fans excited. Lucio formally of Inter Milan will be joining forest and given the captains armband in place of the departed Chambers.

In the know red dog

In the daily mirror today it says paladini is to be reported to the Fa for tapping up Darren fergurson to become the new forest manager and that paladini will be appointed the new chairman..

Looks like cotterel won't be given a chance

Agree3 Disagree3

Good! should be reported for even making the approuch for fergie jnr. Do not want him as our manager!

Agree6 Disagree0

Ferguson would struggle to do a better job, then what Cotterill is capable of.

Agree7 Disagree1

I'm sure Forest told us to ignore media speculation... I doubt we'd go for someone like Fergie, PLUS Paladini hasn't even been announced as part of the deal, so they can bloody sue him and not us IF it's true

Agree2 Disagree1

The same lucio who has Malaga, fenerbachr and juve after him?

Agree0 Disagree0

Lucio..really?

Agree0 Disagree0

Paladini, ferguson ?? oh dear...want new owners but these are the (very) wrong people to get involved - Id even prefer Marther staying on as CEO rather than Palidini...as for fergusson...I think he has a poor record and limited talents....quick route to premership especially if theres a little more money flying around...has to be one man KING BILLY

Agree5 Disagree2

Don't want young Ferguson. Have no objection with us going for a younger manager but not him. Saying that I would still give SC a chance. He was totally professional last year and did not go bleating on about lack of investment unlike Billy. SC just got on with what he had.

Agree5 Disagree3

Chambers rumoured to be heading to Leeds, is he any good?. {Ed034's Note - No

Agree9 Disagree2

Lucio? , he's ancient , what a start for the future that would be

Agree4 Disagree2

Can someone please state how they know this bloke is loaded, i have searched the whole internet and tbh you wouldnt hardly fort the bloke exsisted nevermind was mega rich, we all know what happend to pompey i just hope some fans get there heads from the sky and do some sesible research

Agree0 Disagree0

So if we don't get excited we're not 'real fans'.

Agree0 Disagree0

Of course he's rich, but not a billionaire, reports suggest leeds prospective new owner is worth billions .chambers is top defender, but he wanted to go so good luck to him ,but doubt leeds will want him .

Agree2 Disagree0

If Lucio came to forest....well that would set the trend, he's quality

Thought i'd bring to your collective attention the rumour currently doing the rounds that Mark Arthur will leave his post as CEO before the end of July. Thought that might grab your attention. Now, here's the really amazing bit of the rumour. Mark Arthur is being lined up by Derby County as the replacement for the outgoing Tom Glick who will become the new Chief operations and commercial officer at Manchester City in August.

Derby see Arthur as the ready made replacement for Glick and they particularly covet his association as the football league's representative on the FA Council.

Agree3 Disagree0

I will even offer to drive him there

Agree2 Disagree0

A ready made one man football club demolition sqaud!

Agree2 Disagree0

I prefer marthur to paladini at forest coz at least he isnt a dodgy businessman

Agree1 Disagree1

Happy for him to go to the sheep...i think he's a liability

Agree1 Disagree1

That could explain what someone said a few weeks ago about Derby and Forest meeting at a hotel... Marthur and Derby do seem suited

Agree2 Disagree2

Do you mean Paxo for Marthur?

Agree1 Disagree1

Hope it's true
