Rumour flying around that daryl murphy is to sign before the weekend. I heard it from various people so don't really know how reliable this is but set to sign a three year contract.

Believable7 Unbelievable10

Im confused who is daryl murphey and who does or did play for and what position {Ed007's Note - He is a striker(?) at Celtic just now}

Agree0 Disagree0

Thanks ed but have i seen another murphy on the rumor site ? {Ed001's Note - not that I know of.}

Agree0 Disagree0

Daryl murphy isnt good enough hes a journeyman striker 5-9 ghoals a season...we need ot do better than that

Agree0 Disagree0

David mutiny left back out of contract at Birmingham

Agree0 Disagree0

David murphy left back

Agree0 Disagree0

Daryl murphy is gash.

might as well bring back sinclair, newbold and rodney if that's the standard we are looking at

Agree0 Disagree0

Hope not dont rate him get billy sharp instead

Agree0 Disagree0

say if you disagree, but wasnt gunter fine at left back (with moloney at right) after konchesky left, that combo seemed fine to me

Believable5 Unbelievable17

I do disagree to some extent i think he would have been found out by teams eventually but know where your coming from good post though

Agree0 Disagree0

Are you having a laugh it was awful and was one of the reasons we lost to Swansea . Stupid comment mate stupid

Agree0 Disagree0

Gunter had an average season at right back, but was poor at left back. its ok to say if your good enough you can play anywhere, if thats the case, Gunts isnt good enough.2 seasons without a regular left back, who do you blame?

Agree0 Disagree0

Ideally you want a RB, LB, then backup for each

We've got 2 RB's
I'd say we need 2 LB's

Agree0 Disagree0

Its an ok option if we have to but gunter has a great cross on him. Playing at left back means he cant put it on his right foot. Also i think we only need 1 left back because after a decent lb, the pecking order would be gunter, lynch, cohen, freeman (probably higher, i havent seen him) then at rb after gunter we have moloney and if needs be chambers like under calderwood

Agree0 Disagree0

No gunts left foot isnt strong did a good filler in job, but not a perm option

Agree0 Disagree0

20 Jul 2011 23:00:11
Kenny miller would b a great signing but he looks 2 b heading 2 cardiff Redman

Believable7 Unbelievable9

20 Jul 2011 22:48:10
kenny miller to forest 900k on talksport radio

Believable7 Unbelievable15

He's goin to Cardiff. SS news

Agree0 Disagree0

I hope his does go to Cardiff. He's proven more than once that he cant cut it in English Football. He'll be on a decent wage too.

Agree0 Disagree0

Not heard or seen this on talk sport only about cardiffs interest

Agree0 Disagree0

Proved he can't cut it in English football?? when? He was great at Wolves I bet you think Earnshaw has proved he can't cut it as well

Agree0 Disagree0

Maynard going to leicester for £5 million.

Believable12 Unbelievable6

Not bothered, but he won't, because BC have rejected five million..,

Agree0 Disagree0

And tbh for 5 million you could pick up a prem striker that is unsettled

Agree0 Disagree0

20 Jul 2011 21:03:15
Lee camp has an Slight thigh strain, and Swansea and west brom have given up signing him as they now realize it will cost them 5 million. A fee that is very jutisfied. Also camp like routledge doesn't want to be in a relegation battle. They want promotion push in now a fantastic championship, or would only have there heads turned if a villa or that type of middling team came in for them

Believable17 Unbelievable4

Well said

Agree0 Disagree0

Good post.

Lee Camp poised for talks with West Brom. Left out of squad for Northampton friendly, as fee has been agreed.

Believable1 Unbelievable19

What a load of carp jog on f..king power loser or are you a prideless park mong?

Agree0 Disagree0

Why talk crap its a friendly and smc wants to see smith play before decidin to sell

Agree0 Disagree0

Robin chppierfield as said on twitter that camp as a thigh strain that's why he's not in the squad tonight

Agree0 Disagree0

You do realise he has a slight injury? Source: NFFC website and Twitter...

Agree0 Disagree0

Funny because i have read several newspapers today and they seem to think west brom are from runners for.....Ben Foster of Birmingham......doesn't even sound like swansea will pursue with rodgers comments today.

Agree0 Disagree0

20 Jul 2011 20:14:05
why isn't camp in squad for tonights against northampton

Believable1 Unbelievable16

No he picked up a injury v spurs just fools putting 2 and 2 together and getting 5 full of fools on here

Nottingham Forest ARE to sign George Boateng tomorrow it is on ssn

Believable15 Unbelievable2

20 Jul 2011 20:09:04
Lee camp not in the team tonight as he is having a medical at WBA

Believable4 Unbelievable24

Rubbish he got injured in the pre season tour so not 100 percent fit source:
it was on the northampton town radio bit as we are listening to the match

Agree0 Disagree0

How can he have a medical, when he's injured? Give me strength...

Agree0 Disagree0

Having had a quick look on the graveyard that is the Derby site, I'm not surprised they come and post on here.
These Camp 'rumours' really do represent a poor effort though.

Van arnholt will be number 2 left back at chelsea but they are unwilling to sell bertrand as they see him as future Ashley Cole replacement. We are currently trying to do a year loan for Bertrand also routledge will decide where his future his in the next 24 hours. I have also heard will buy a striker someone mcclaren thinks will hit the 20 plus goals we need and will take one on loan from a prem team as black stock will not be available until January/febuary earliest.

Believable14 Unbelievable3

Routledge is with the newcastle reserve's in a different country

so expect a decision by the end of the week, or even next week

Agree0 Disagree0

Wasn't Anderson just signed up to a long contract at Liverpool before we signed him? I think some teams sign players to long contracts so they can get compensation should they sell him.

Agree0 Disagree0

Routledge is currently in Birmingham mate he ain't with Newcastle and will sign with forest or Leicester

Agree0 Disagree0

Routledge is in Holland. See his twitter

Agree0 Disagree0

Routledge is with the Toon reserves in Holland, when they get back he'll decide between us and the Swans I'm guessing, I hope that the fact he's best mates with Dexter and that he doesn't want to join a team that will most likely go down this season will sway him to us, because Leicester can't promise first team football, QPR aren't interested and have enough troubles as it is, and Newcastle don't really want him...

Agree0 Disagree0

Teams always try and keep youngsters on long term contracts, it means bertrand can go on loan but after his loan he wont be able to reject a new contract and go on a free because he wants 1st team football. Henderson was on a 5 year contract at sunderland and i think im right in saying he still had 4 years (i think) remaining. Thats why liverpool had to pay so much more than he is probably worth. Sunderland could have waited a year or two to sell without his contract being close to ending.

Boating just confined he signing tomorrow and JFK as1st coach live interview on Ssn

Believable12 Unbelievable3

JFK? Lol is he gonna rise from the dead to coach Forest? Nice one

Agree0 Disagree0

JFK - sweet

Agree0 Disagree0

Well were on the 'rise' anyway...things are looking up

Agree0 Disagree0

JFK would be a great coach though...

Agree0 Disagree0

We choose to go to the premier league, not because it is easy but because it is hard :)

I think routledge is holding out for a move to a london club, thats not QPR... and theres lot to choose from tbh...

Believable8 Unbelievable11

No London club is interested in him, it's us and the Swans. :P

Agree0 Disagree0

Reading and west ham might be intrested...

west ham are wealthy

reading just got rid of mills for a premuim.

Agree0 Disagree0

I thought leicester was on him to and more favoured but could be wrong

nottingham forest have signed george boateng on a 1 year deal Source News and NFFC Press Talk.

Believable14 Unbelievable8

No s**t sherlock

Agree0 Disagree0

Actually this hasnt happened yet. the press talk section of the site is merely rumours from the press rather than official word from the club.

if you check the website now, there is actually a statement essentially saying there are unsubstantiated rumours flying around about done deals - the deals they are alluding to are Boateng and Jimmy F Hasslebaink as coach.

Agree0 Disagree0

To the second replier; He. Has. Signed.

Nottingham Forest have accepted a £3.7m bid for Lee Camp from WBA and Swansea. If he agrees terms Forest will bid £1.5m for Watford's Nottingham born England U21 International Scott Loache.

Believable5 Unbelievable28

Swansea have only bid 1.3m as an improved offer, get your facts right

Agree0 Disagree0

It doesn't matter how many times you post this, it's not going to make it true.

Agree0 Disagree0

Scott loache excellent keeper

Agree0 Disagree0

Do not believe it at all

Agree0 Disagree0

Where u heard this? sounds like bulls**t, why woud we sell our keeper when we have smallest squad in league?

Agree0 Disagree0

No they haven't, don't BS.

Agree0 Disagree0

Brom will buy a forigner and no-one wants to play for swansea

Agree0 Disagree0

Even if a club bid 5 + mil Forest wont sell

Agree0 Disagree0

Said on Sky , it was a1.3 m and even forest aren't greedy enough to go for that. Where do nutters get off posting carp?

Agree0 Disagree0

Its scott loach not loache and hes not england u21....hes 22

Agree0 Disagree0

OK mate you dont no a thing

Agree0 Disagree0

There last bid was 1.3 so why the hike of 2.4 million worra person

Agree0 Disagree0

There's no way Forest will accept any kind of bid for Camp let alone 3.7m....Bull yet again

Agree0 Disagree0

I'm a better goalkeeper than scott loache Have a look how many goals Watford let in He's absolute pants

Agree0 Disagree0

First I would like to ask (some of you) to improve their english. it is quite terrible - and I am a forest supporter from germany... BUT the main thing that makes me sad is: camp is not in the starting eleven against northampton. Why?

Agree0 Disagree0

Camp is at club until 2013... hell stay and if we dont go up i imagine clube will offer similar terms to those commons got...if we fail the year after you can leave for free if we go up you resign

Agree0 Disagree0

Forest will sign Patrick Van aaonholt by Friday. Iv been passed this info by an excellent source and don't doubt it

Believable7 Unbelievable21

Going to Portsmouth

Agree0 Disagree0

I do doubt it.

Agree0 Disagree0

Season long loan ?

Agree0 Disagree0

He's in Asia until the end of the month with Chelsea, as is Bertrand. So I think the rumours rubbish.

Agree0 Disagree0

Signed for Leicester

Agree0 Disagree0

Mark arthur himself said a year ago that he was an overrated player when we first linked to him a while back, just because he's at chelsea doesn't mean a thing, not worth it

Agree0 Disagree0

Signed for leicester? Think youre thinking of konchesky mate

Agree0 Disagree0

One more big name signing to come in by the end of today

Believable9 Unbelievable16

Rubbish

Agree0 Disagree0

Who ?

Agree0 Disagree0

You might be right, just seen Pleat shaking hands with someone in the carpark, he shot past me but i didnt get a great look, he was about 5' 11" with mousey coloured hair. They all looked full of smiles.

Agree0 Disagree0

Why is it when somebody comes out of the forest car park they are full of smiles? Are we now sell drugs at the city ground??

Agree0 Disagree0

That was my dad....

Agree0 Disagree0

Your Dad was selling drugs?? would love to belive this but cant see it happening, defo not today at least

Agree0 Disagree0

Eh its amazing how many people are in the CG car park these days

Agree0 Disagree0

1 more?? who was the 1st one??

Agree0 Disagree0

I hope he wasn't selling drugs, but he is 5' 11" and as got mousey hair.......

Agree0 Disagree0

Can he play left back?

Agree0 Disagree0

Big Name........gotta b Humpty Dumpty.

Come on guys its beginning to come together. U Reds

Agree0 Disagree0

Well, we finally have someone right then.

Agree0 Disagree0

Is it Robbie keane

Agree0 Disagree0

Robbie keane is in florida.... fail

Agree0 Disagree0

When you say mousy hair do you mean
1) hair like guy moussi
2) hair like a mouse
3) he had moose (gel) in his hair

Agree0 Disagree0

20 Jul 2011 13:43:52

breaking news from city ground forest in talks with Emmanual Pogatetz good left back but do we really want smc rejects

Believable8 Unbelievable15

I'm sure he's still got 2 years with that german club.

so doubt we will sign him :(

Agree0 Disagree0

Juninho, Emerson and ravanelli next

Agree0 Disagree0

Quality Left back
Austrian International
Great addition if we could get him From Hannover96

Agree0 Disagree0

Would be a gd signing he an aussi international

Agree0 Disagree0

Would be excellent, but sadly doubt it.

Agree0 Disagree0

What a load of poo - it'll be Gazza next

Agree0 Disagree0

20 Jul 2011 12:40:49
just heard that a pos swap for robbie keane for our lewis ? also a pos swoop for fredie sears com on u reds

Believable4 Unbelievable26

NO thanks they can keep robbie if thats the case

Agree0 Disagree0

Why would Forest give up one of their most prized assets for a gobby ageing striker who throws his toys out the cot at any available opportunity or Sears who is quite a similar player. Hardly worth the effort to type that this is bollocks.

Agree0 Disagree0

Just heard the worst rumour ever

Agree0 Disagree0

I think that he's an outdated type of striker that does not work in the modern game

Agree0 Disagree0

I think he would do a job for the reds but not at the cost of lewis

Agree0 Disagree0

I'm sure Robbie Keane is gonna accept 8k-12k a week from 50k+....Bull yet again

armand traore, boateng, routledge, jay emanuel thomas, and goodwillie all set to sign, still loooking for a deal for robbie keane

Believable12 Unbelievable10

Im hoping this is true but seems unlikely

Agree0 Disagree0

Boateng already signed

Agree0 Disagree0

Ambitious

Agree0 Disagree0

All true except goodwillie, he has commited his future to dundee united, however billy sharp will be coming and wayne routledge will prefer a move to forest

Agree0 Disagree0

Traore and Emmanuel-Thomas could come in as part of a deal for Jamaal Lascelles So I think this could be true. Boateng signed so it looks good. Not too sure about Goodwillie though

Agree0 Disagree0

Forest will not sell lascelles, especially as part of a deal for Emmanuel Thomas. Lascelles is potentially world class, why would they sell yet.

Agree0 Disagree0

20 Jul 2011 10:58:26
Ive heard that forest have accepted a 3.4 mil bid for Lee camp from the swans is this true can anyone comment?

Believable3 Unbelievable16

No it's not true. Forest don't need to sell anybody, especially the best keeper in the division.

Agree0 Disagree0

Not a chance simples

Agree0 Disagree0

First bid was supposed to be 1 mill and now they bid 3, 4? not a chance....

Agree0 Disagree0

Forest and McClaren have already said Canp is not for sale and we don't need to sell

Agree0 Disagree0

Why doesn't someone at Forest who's got a pair of cojones tell Brenda Rodgers to do one He ain't for sale.

Agree0 Disagree0

Swansea are trying to get stockdale on a season loan.

Agree0 Disagree0

Camp going nowhere

Agree0 Disagree0

But we don't know how the daft lad's (MA) brain works...............do we?

Agree0 Disagree0

Does MA's brain work?

Agree0 Disagree0

Go and stay on your own rumour site at least we have players attracting prem interest.

Agree0 Disagree0

Why sell the best, most influetial and most of all the best of the derby rejects ever to wear the red of forest

Agree0 Disagree0

Nottingham Forest are interested in signing young QPR midfielder Michael Doughty. Doughty is a Wales under-19 international and would be good back up for the threadbare squad at the City Ground.

Believable3 Unbelievable12

I would hardley call our midfield threadbare. If Sky are right we now have Boateng, Anderson, Cohen, McGugan, Reid, Greening, Moose, Raddy and McCleary That midfield is the best in the Championship.

Agree0 Disagree0

He's the chairman's son.

I think it's unlikely.

Agree0 Disagree0

I am sure boss man has said something about not wanting his son at forest before

Agree0 Disagree0

No can do while nigel is in charge

Agree0 Disagree0

Isnt that Nigels son?

Agree0 Disagree0

Its nigels lad

Agree0 Disagree0

Apparently a really hard worker and break's the play up.... nice back up for cohen

Agree0 Disagree0

Just bought a shirt for my lad in Forest shop and Forest TV that is on in the shop has confirmed that he has signed a 1 year deal. Camp is not leaving according to the staff in the shop.

Agree0 Disagree0

Long shot but maybe they havent wrote on website cus we are signing somebody else too?

Agree0 Disagree0

NEP Website says we have signed him on a one year deal too.

Agree0 Disagree0

It seems the "official" source is Boateng's twitter. This is what he said on there, not sure if it is an official account or not.

"Today i am so pleased to say that i am going to play for Nottingham forrest for the season and i am so happy to be back in English football"

Believable2 Unbelievable7

But I fullly expect forest will come up popping up in the next week or so.
