Club are looking at deals to comply with UEFA home grown rules - two players that fit criteria and of sufficient quality in positions that need more depth being looked at are Matty Cash and Anel Ahmedhodžić. Cash not a guaranteed starter at Villa and Anel approaching last year of his contract.

He does but would be expensive in an area where we have other targets. Darlow and Lascelles would also fit the criteria but not age and injury profiles.
