After reading through everybody's wish list if who will be coming in I think we all need to take note of how Fester conducted themselves last year after their appaulling finish to the year.
There isn't any need to panic and once again just buy players just because they are available.
Arguably our Defence, Midfield & Keeper first team is good enough to get promoted next year barring 500 injuries again. We need to buy at least 2 quality strikers then strengthen our fringe players to challenge for first team places whilst providing essential cover for injuries and resting key players. There is no point in just buying players. We need to keep the quality players that we have and strengthen in the areas that we need to.

We have a great core squad. Darlow, Lichaj, Fox, Cohen, Hobbs, Wilson, Lascelles, Reid, Lansbury, Vaughan, Mackie and Paterson - all of whom are worthy of starting. Also players like Osborn and McLaughlin have staked a claim for a first team spot. Add to that Evtimov and De Vries who I imagine will stay on as reserve keepers. We also have Cox who I think is an okay back up striker and Halford as a utility player. Demetriou is expected to come through also.

That's a core squad of 18 players. I'd say that we need 6 more. Another winger, another central midfielder, another right back. Two strikers are required. If we had that core unit of players and the 5 positions beefed up as mentioned we would have a squad of 24, not all of whom would need to be registered. It would be a very able squad with depth as long as players STAY FIT.
