If the takeover is still on then Fawaz will not be able to sell anyone. Only if the takeover falls through then he can sell players.

A month ago he was 100 per cent out now apparently he's keeping 20 per cent . in 2 weeks time who knows . not 1st time he's moved goal posts . Relax it will all be sorted, until then within a period of exclusivity there is usually a restriction on all activities that could affect the sale unless agreed by all parties. Thus, if Fawaz sold anyone it would confirm the deal is off. Personally, i think no one knows either way, wouldn't blame the yanks for getting cold feet but until it is confirmed they have pulled out i'm still hopeful that brighter times lay ahead.

Fawaz knows if he sells any players (especially the captain) the clubs sale will fall through. It's like going to buy a car, agreeing on the payment, then when you go to pick it up the garage has sold all 4 wheels. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN, stop falling for Derby fans trolling.
