When marinakis put warbo in charge he got rid of all the foreign loans that marinakis provided and saved us from relegation with youth and the squad he was left with.
Ten games and no window?
Pre season a off to America and doesn't Britt look the part,?
We then get the open letter ?
Tough decisions will have to be made .
S8gn a few promising youngsters from the budget available,oh no Britt gets sold,
15 mill in the bank get an old one in return for a lot less.
Season starts well ,mod table come Xmas, but we're on a losing run.
Out walks the main man over transfer targets.

Day later manage 4 gets sack.
We slaughter arsenal in the cup under Brazil.
Karankas takes over crap first game and then we go to wolves beat them ,go to hull next week and lose in the cup.
Toys come out the pram and karanka falls out with em all.
Jan window he signs anyone who can't get a game.
We go to Burton Eric has to play left back and gets sent off, last we see of Eric.
We then go on the worst run of not scoring in our history,
We get safe cus teams below us are terrible.
We then allow karanka to spend 23 million on mainly two players ,while bringing dads Rmy.

Results don't improve ,so is it little wonder there's no confidence in him?

Some of you lot are so fickle! there's no wonder our club is in such a state. For all those wanting the manager out already, have you ever thought that YOU are part of the problem?

So great yeh sack Karanka, when he's had about two minutes with his new squad, great idea. then what?

It's not only fickle it's insane. here's why

1. If we sack Karanka now and get someone else in, they're going to need to rebuild again, which means millions more out the window and we'd have to change all of the backroom staff too . just when we're starting to settle.

2. Karanka's record at this stage is similar to that of a certain Brian Clough at the same stage. do you think it would have been sensible to sack Brian then? MMMM thought not.

3. You are creating a self fulfilling prophecy. By constantly demanding managers are sacked after no time at all you are immediately heaping pressure on them and all of the players, thus ensuring your prediction is likely to come to fruition. Players and managers need space and time not immediate pressure, you are causing or at least contributing to our downfall. you may as well be Derby fans!

4. Everything was looking pretty rosey until Geddi got injured. His excellent start was providing the creativity the team needed, so maybe we just need a replacement for him when he's out - which it looks like we now have.

Stop being so impatient and bringing down our team. If you have doubts, keep them to yourself for a while and give them time to prove you wrong, otherwise you are just contributing to our downfall.

Nothing good ever came from negativity . keep your negativity to yourself for a while and give this manager and team some space and time. there'll be plenty of time for recriminations later, if they are needed.

It'll make no difference what's fans say on here as he will seal his own fate with the tactics he plays.
Respect your opinion, but we all have differing ones,if you want to let it roll then that's your view, but how would you feel if we are embroiled in another relegation scrap??
On sir Brian he signed just a few players at a time and integrated them into the side, thus giving us some team spirit.
Karankas is the opposite and just wants more and more players and thinks that will come up with the answer.a settled team is the answer not constantly changing every week.
Your asking me to be patient, but karanka has no patience with players, the owners will decide and wether you like it or not,the clock will be ticking and if results don't improve he will be gone.
Nothing to do with fans my friend

Worthing. don’t be ridiculous!
Krankie and Sir Brian cannot be compared.
Krankie is clueless. . another midfielder has signed for God’s sake.
Reading your post you have either been asleep or have unicorn specs on.
The posters who you say are being negative are stating how it is so please don’t sugar our NEGATIVITY with dross remarks and tunnel visioned opinions. you’re making me laugh 😂

Thanks for the history lesson. You forgot to list where the departed players are earning their wages now which tells you all you need to know about the lack of quality inherited by AK!

Fortunately more enlightened fans are looking forward and not backwards!
6 league games into a new season with new players being introduced to the team and Foremoaners are the ones throwing their toys out the pram?
Unbelievable!
Onward and Upward

Which players are an improvement on what we had then red??
I see the signings keep coming two more midfielders, making it fifteen to chose from and only three strikers,,such a well balanced squad with all the midfield signings it's still cash and Osborn that are the best two.
Look how he praised bridcutt for his performance and then dropped him and now gone out and signed two more holding ones, bet bridcutt confused with that one??
Crazy decision making by manager and owner alike.
Can see big trouble ahead.

Well said Worthing. You have to wade through a lot of tripe on here before you realise how much there actually is. It's not AK it's the players on the pitch who are not doing it, so we need to give the team time, and therefore the Manager. Forget the Doomsayers on here, have a little faith.

12.) 06 Sep 2018
06 Sep 2018 15:28:46
No Worthing, the people who wanted Krankie in the first place were the problem. We already had a manager with a plan to buy young footballing players (like Brentford who beat us comfortably do/did).

06 Sep 2018 15:44:25
Red and B.S. Red I have disagree with you.
It's the person who chose the players that's at fault.
He doesn't even know who his best players are?
I'll give you and example of 2 inexperienced managers who hit the ground running with less time at their clubs as Manuel. Gerrard and Lampard.
Karanka has had more than adequate time at the club yet he signs another defensive midfielder. soon the whole team shall be filled with guess what?Midfielders.
Karanka is way out of his depth.
He will be gone by his own doing. Crazy tactics on and off the field.

To All who replied to my last email.

Pretty much every single manager we have had since Brian has been dismissed too early, with one or two exceptions - I'm thinking probably Platt and Alex Mcleish.

The point is that its all very unhealthy conjecture at this point. You are creating bad feeling based on your opinion. Until this squad has had 6 months to show what it is capable of, no-one on hear nor even ±Sir Brian in the sky can honestly hand-on-heart say that they know and can prove that it's all going to go wrong.

You are however as I said before banging one nail into the coffin with your constant negativity. Its like it's more important for Karanka to fail anyd you be proven right, than it is for him and Forest to be a success.

I'm not comparing him to Brian or anyone else, nor did I. What I'm saying is you have to give him time, just like we did with Brian.

Take another example Sir Alex Fergusson. Nearly all the Man Utd fans were saying exactly the same stuff about him.

Very similar scenario, a big club longing for success with fans baying for each managers head in a short space of time including Fergy!

All I'm saying is, shut your noise for a while and give the guy the chance to succeed or fail on his own merit and stop rocking the boat.

You can talk all day about what some great managers did originally before success.
The game has moved on,we now have ffp to contend with,so when you say let's give it 6 months and see what happens?
The owners can't afford to wait that long, they have opened up the cheque book and they want a return and nothing else will do.
We as paying fans have a right to voice our concerns and to be honest 8 wins from 29 games would get most managers the sack.
He has an opportunity to turn things around after we go to Swansea with three home games, sheff weds,Rotherham and stoke, if he can't get two wins from those games, then we will be near the bottom and I can't see him surviving.
Like I said,it won't be the fans that get him sacked,it will be his own judgment on team selection and tactics

If Krankie continues to pick out of form players he will continue to get poor results. The result will be mid table at best and bus fare home with a P45 for the boss. It won't be down to the fans.

I wonder what Dougie Freedman could have done with £26M.

Sheffield Wednesday game sold out.Not bad for a team with a meddling owner and a clueless manager.Apparently.

21.) 06 Sep 2018
06 Sep 2018 19:09:17
So keep sacking managers until we find one that will win how many out of the first 29 games? 12, 15,18 or 20? What's an acceptable amount? Why don't we have 3 managers and give them 15 games each and the one which wins the most gets the job 😂 Or is 15 games too many?

22.) 06 Sep 2018
06 Sep 2018 19:55:31
Perks look at Leeds and derby new mangers have come in made a "few" signings and will have more wins than krankie by October,it's not just his win ratio,it's the lack of evidence that would suggest he's getting there and we are looking like a team.
We played Bristol and West Brom and looked like we were on the right tracks,he then derails it all and makes wholesale changes and has carried on doing so.
It's his actions that are worrying not just his awful win rate.

23.) 06 Sep 2018
06 Sep 2018 22:54:50
Lee Johnson at Bristol City will be having a laugh at all the Foremoaning given the stick he went through for far worse performances and came out the other side!

Onward and Upward

Totally agree FF. If there had been some consistency in our performances and we could see we were heading in the right direction, but had just been a little unlucky, we would be encouraged. We've actually rode our luck in a few games and that finally ran out in the Brentford game.

25.) 07 Sep 2018
07 Sep 2018 00:17:49
So change manager again and after 10 games you don't like what you see what then ? . . change manager again? Is this not what we've been doing for several years now.Works well yeah, real progress 👌🏼

26.) 07 Sep 2018
07 Sep 2018 12:05:57
It isn't 10 games though is it? Give him a bit more time by all means but if he can't pick in-form players then sack him. He may realise what he is doing wrong and sort this mess out.

I understand the desire for stability. However continually signing new players rather than developing what a club has and adding a FEW very good players/leaders is anything but stability.

Stability is developing the best academy players and buying young ones where we are lacking and having a few old heads to bring them through.

RedCyclist before the signings who were these players to develop? The squad was dire, seriously bad! We were nearly relegated 2 seasons running.
