We are now being linked with the Wolves forward Rafa Mir. He was with second division side Las Palmas, netting seven times in 30 league apps last season.

Never heard of him, surely not another low scoring striker. We need better if we are serious about promotion.

Some want young and hungry players, he is 22, some want proven talent, they either want huge wages, are expensive to buy, injury prone or all of the above.

We do not have him yet, wait and see who actually comes in, we were linked to Hernandez, that came to nothing.

Had anybody heard of Teemu Pukki before he finished top scorer for Norwich last season? We need to be realistic on who we can afford and get behind whoever we bring in. Personally I think this could be a very good bit of business.
