Lyle Taylor has refused a new contract so that has put Forest and some other clubs on alert, he is a striker, would he better than Walker.

His stats say not. Best form has been in Scottish lower leagues and that form wasnt great.
If we continue with one up top I can't see him getting much game time if he did come to us.

Over the two previous seasons in League One, Lyle Taylor has made 92 starts, 5 sub apps and scored 43 goals. In terms of minutes per goals over that period, he's scored a goal every 190mins.

This season, despite a spell out injured, he's scored 5 goals in 6 starts and 3 sub apps.

It's a better record than Tyler Walker so far. Who's only really having success in League One for the first time this season (18 starts, 6 sub apps, 10 goals in all comps) .

bsered he has contacts in France, and he gets the heads up mostly from people he knew, and knows from Marseille but we did the Arsenal player so we could get someone from this country also.

All goals at a lower level and when tiler scores and is still learning he still ain't as good despite scoring shedliads in the same leagues🎂🎂🎂.

Redman Forever wants someone with good stats at a equal level or a higher level in which we play, not someone whose success a lower level at a age should he fail with us will not have much of a selling on fee, and should we get to the PL soon might not be able to succeed. Walker may not be the answer, but he is our own, we is youngish compared to Taylor, how will we know if he can make the step up if we do not try him. If he turns out to be good enough why help another team in our league.

Not sure if Ed will allow me to post their names, but Soccerway, Whoscored and Transfermarkt are all decent sites with an abundance of stats available.
