Fresh reports suggesting that gayle is available for 8 million. only snag, he's injured at the moment. the lyle taylor link seems to have gone very quiet and all the rumours seem to be glen murray and nketiah from arsenal. anyway, we are nearly half way through the month so would be nice to see somebody come in because all this speculation is doing my head in 😖.

Gayle for £8m,that is a big drop in price, you could say if his goals got us promoted it would be the bargain of the decade but by the time he recovers from his injury, gets match fit the season will be almost over by which time our season could already be decided. I do no want ang players coming in for the sake of it, they have to be what we need and better than we already have.

Id take Nketiah and Murray. They bring something different that we don't already have. And its all well and good people saying splash the cash on Gayle or whoever, but the manager isn't going to play 2 up top, so who sits on the bench Grabban or Gayle?
