Wilson ready to quit celtic for forest for 2.5 million

{Ed034's Note - exactly what I said last week, I'm just surprised its only just come out in the press

1.) 05 Aug 2013
Do you recon he's worth 2.5 million?

2.) 05 Aug 2013
I don't think it will be 2. 5 Million, he's asked to leave to rejoin us so surely the bargaining power is in our court?

3.) 05 Aug 2013
From what I saw of the defence on Saturday, I thought how good they looked. Collins had that one blip, but then Halford could play there, as could Lascelles. Is a 2.5mil bid for Wilson good business? Not in this fella's book

the new away reveiled I think its horrible

{Ed034's Note - love it

5.) 05 Aug 2013
I said 2.5 million agreed a week ago and eveyone laughed at me. What do I know.

{Ed034's Note - the fee wasn't agreed a week ago. it has taken Wilson to say the lennon he wants to go.

6.) 05 Aug 2013
Dont matter if he quits celtic have to agree to sell him but then who wants a player that no longer wants to play for their club so he could be at blackburn on saturday alongside hobbs, solid back four strong midfield just need the strikers to find the back of the net

7.) 05 Aug 2013
Would look really good alongside Hobbs

8.) 05 Aug 2013
Forest Fan Nick - Fully agree with your comments but to be honest I can't see us paying that much for him. It will undisclosed and I reckon about half of that which is still a lot in my opinion. After witnessing Saturdays game we really need a striker who is lethal in the box.

9.) 05 Aug 2013
The 'blip' aside, I thought Collins was generally off the pace and was the weak link in the backline. It was probably accentuated by the others being extremely good, but if you look at the chances Huddersfield had it was more often than not because Collins was not quick enough (either in thought or movement) and therefore not close enough to his man. That said he did well to get some of his body on the 1st half chance that ended it dipping over the bar. Don;t get me wrong he wasn't poor by any stretch.

Is KW better than what we have. Yes. Then its good business.

11.) 05 Aug 2013
Answer yes we do, collins & Halford we had in the middle last season, and couldn't stop leaking goals, if we were 2/0 up with 10 mins to go I was praying for the whistle, and what if Hobs gets injured, yes we need wilson, we can wait till Jan for Wes, or get him for free end of season.

12.) 05 Aug 2013
Collins makes me nervous every time I watch him

13.) 05 Aug 2013
Whilst Colins was steady, he lacks pace as does Hobbs. The centre half pairing were decent on Saturday but! We played a poor Huddersfield team. Better would be required to get out the league and Wilson has demonstrated he can play well against class opposition so would be a great purchase for the Premier League

14.) 05 Aug 2013
We desperately need a striker, playing with Simon Cox is like playing with 10 men. would be delighted if Wilson signs BUT a striker is absolutely imperative

15.) 05 Aug 2013
Get off Cox's back a quality player who does a great job for the team, he is doing what Billy is asking him to do.

16.) 05 Aug 2013
Cox was poor on Saturday, I don't think playing in the hole suited him. Put him on the right (or left) of a forward three and he will be better suited. He has tr ability and also an impressive work rate

{Ed034's Note - he needed an injection just to play and played there because Mackie isn't fully fit, so played up front instead if cox
