Appears his release clause is 1.1m, so pretty reasonable even if to take a punt. Get him + Wickham or becchio, tie up Vaughan or leadbitter and I would say that should do us.

We deserve better than this? I think some people have to start being realistic. We are not going to pay ridiculous money for strikers ie Rhodes etc. People have their head in the clouds. We need players who can do a job. Grabban is one of those players who can score goals. Becchio is proven as is Maynard. (Yes I know he has gone to Wigan). Players like that or le fondre or kris boyd and Fryatt are far more likely than some of the names being thrown around in the press. If we can get Vaughan as well as 1 or 2 from the above names we should all be thrilled. Our chairman seems very responsible yet generous with his money. Get behind the team whoever we sign.

Ulloa beats all the dozens of names mentioned on here to me including the outrageously priced ones. Although I do think Bechio would do a good job. even if only short term
