Fawaz tweets 'I will soon from everything' when asked would he ever leave as chairman.

Wouldn't blame him at all with all the abuse he gets !!!

People need to understand that he is spending his own money on our beloved club and that he wouldn't just waste his hard earned cash.

Nffc 1954: There is a long standing argument as to whether Fawaz is funding this project with his own cash.
I like fawaz "apparent" enthusiasm for the club but his rap sheet makes interesting reading:

The clubs in huge debt
He won't use a CEO
He presided over a transfer embargo
He presided over a total embargo
He hasn't improved our facilities
He hasn't improved our infastructure
He won't pay bills on time
He appoints bad managers
We can't win a game.
He uses social media too much

For all that investment & trauma we have gone backwards.

Assuming we can still watch Forest every week. Would we really miss him?

Cjay, I often agree with most you say but have to disagree totally. We were already in debt,he has had a CEOand we don't know why he left ( the truth ). How can he improve the infrastructure/facilities as he does not own them? He can't win a game? When was that down to him? He uses social media because everybody does and he likes to let fans know when something happens straight away. Your point about bills is valid but that happens the world over and many clubs owe others for players. Its highlighted here because of already being under sanctions. Maybe 10,000 millionaire forest fans can club together at Wigan game and make him an offer?

Nick26: I appreciate some of the points are open to conjecture. The very fact they are, still begs the question, has the progress the project has made to date justified all the negative PR & tarnishing of reputations?
Look, I ain't that hung up about it that i'm going to take a "Fawaz out" sign to the Brighton game. I just don't think the club is run as well as it could be.

I rarely agree with either of you, but Nick response is more relative to the majority of the fans.
I know neither of you were big Pearce the manager fans but, we didn't seem to have as many stupid press reports going on under his reign. It was almost as if we were normal. As soon as he leaves the circus comes to town again.
As for Fawaz not investing. Well, would we have a club if it wasn't for him? Doubtful!
As for the debt we are in, I think it's just his aragunce coming through. He thought that the way to the promise land is to chuck as much money as you can at the problem. Sadly not!
This bloke reportedly could buy nearly any club in the world. Yet he chose us! He clearly has a love for the club and it's history. He wants to please every fans wimm and does this by constantly reacting and making decisions that he thinks will win the fans hearts. It's not always the answer.
We all need to support Fawaz and Dougie and hopefully they can steer us out of this mess as one club! It starts down south on Saturday!
If not! Well laughing stock well be!

I am in total agreement with you Cjay. Ownership is the problem, if that is not on a stable footing all else falls apart. We've limped from ND to FAH and things are no better. somehow we have to get off this merry-go-round.
