Oooppss and when we hit a barren spell the dreaded here we go again feeling creeps in. Apart from away performances which have been really good at home the fact we play ome up front and he only has 2 goals in 10 games says it all. No chances created this us to ge expected.

Has Lolley been found out as a one season wonder should we have taken the money from villa. Ameobi has had a lot of clubs and although I praised him for a great free signing maybe there's a reason he's been around a bit. Whatever the reason next 2 games away going to take a mighty effort from the lads.

A poor performance happens now and again and I can forgive that. However as a fan who stayed as always to the bitter end today I feel the manager insulted me by not at any stage trying anything to change the game.

I heard his reason for not making a sub but it doesn't wash with me. He had an obligation to the fans today to make changes even at half time.

Whether it would have made a difference we will never know but not to try anything was just unacceptable for the fans. He treated us like we don't matter allowing the same dross to drag on for a further 45 minutes.

I can understand both sides of the argument syred.
A game is never finished at half time. Look how many times Norwich came back from almost impossible positions to nick valuable points last season.
I can also understand the manager not wanting to subject the subs to what appeared to be a lost cause.
Having said that though, I'd he did think all was lost then why not replace Grabban with Mir? Grabban is priceless to us and Mir's confidence can hardly get any worse?

Skegs if you lose the 1st half that badly, then you go out and try to win the second half, it’s a confidence boost if nothing else, you don’t just give up,
