Many people on here saying we need more strikers. Grabban, Tyler Walker (if given a run in the side) and a 2nd season for da costa I think could be enough. We need fast, clever wingers (X2) who look up before crossing a ball so it is actually aimed at one our players instead of just centering a ball and hoping someone gets on the end of it Would be my first 2 signings. Then I would use Ameobi and Lolley as central attacking midfielders with another new signing that can pass with accuracy and dictate the midfield.

I’d love to be wrong but I don’t think Walker is good enough .

Walker isn’t good enough. Decosta time will tell. We definitely need another quality forward to challenge or play alongside grabbon especially at home. Then a winger
2 quality centre midfielders because Watson too old and sow injury prone. Another centre back.
Walker as scored over 20 goals in league one and two. If we was hoping to sign a forward who’s scored this many in league 1. We’d be getting quoted 4/ 5m.
So let’s sell walker for 2m ish.

Agree Walker not good enough or physical enough for Championship.
Also agree about the midfield/ wingers.
We missed a trick by not getting Grosicki from Hull.

His crossing and passing in and around the box would double the chances created for Grabban. Our current lot just sling hopeful punts in to the box without finding a man.
We need a Creative midfielder and a replacement for Watson who has been outstanding doing a roll that's often unappreciated but time is catching up with him. Another striker if we can stretch to it as well.

A little more creativity added to go with our new found resilience and we will be in with a shout for promotion again.

Trent ender we offered better terms to grosicki but he chose West Brom. I agree we need good midfielders on the ball.

Disagree about walker, plenty strong enough, scores goals when given a chance and certainly better than Dacosta. He’s done nowt! Not saying Walker is the answer but feel he’s underrated
