Re Fridays game I thought goalie and defence looked quite good with exception of Blacket.
Not a full back.
But what worried me was the complete lack of confidence and composure on the ball. passes where rushed, not to feet and often prodded as the player was closed down. Huddersfield worked exceptionally hard to close down players and put them under pressure. This is the modern way of playing so we need to get up to speed to counter it by getting some confidence from a goal and a win.

Agree Blackett didn't look like a full back. Not sure why Ribeiro out of the team. Maybe Iannou could come in. Might surprise us all and pick Bong!

Guys christie and blacket were crap. Taylor too Soh is just a boy. Colback was the big surprise for me, his pace is deceptive, he is slower than you think. Until we get midfielders feeding off and getting beyond the strikers we will only score the odd goal. Gettting down the line and humping crosse over is old hat and we never prosper.

Agree with you about the fullbacks Rutland and I’ve also been disappointed with Colback. Personally I was impressed with Soh and I’d stick with him now.

Said all along colback not good enough this time around, a year out from playing regular football has made him worse than ever way off the pace, terrible.
