Has anybody else got their rolling refund, paying by card meant i did not have to contact the club again.

No i asked for a full refund but got no reply.
All i get is you can watch i follow.
I'll gladly let them keep the money if they reply and start a new season with it paid for.
It just annoys me they are so lax at communicating unless they want you to buy something.

I requested a rolling refund and received my refund for September games at the end of October and have been advised that the games for a month will be refunded at the end of the following month. Hopefully I will get to see games again before the end of the season.
