The players aren't buying into his tactics and its ok saying get rid of the players?
Thats impossible to do when they are contracted so its down to the coach to get the best out of what we have.
He can't do that and bringing in even more players won't help.
He fails to make tactical changes when we are being overrun and.

Yes get forward but its less costly to get rid of the manager.
Hes not been convincing since day one has rode his luck with lucky wins barring one performance against millwall.
We all wanted to see a change in style after Lamouchi but its just as bad if not worst.

If the players aren't buying into the manager's tactics or formation then is it the players not performing to get the manager the sack if that's the case they need to be gone well they need to be gone anyway don't think they're good enough to make a pub team at the minute, let's say we got Howe in who's to say these players would play for him we sure as sh#t can't defend and we are even worse going forward so drop, for me I'd drop all of em play Reid's lot at least if we went down it would be with a fight.
