Worrall should be captain end of Forest through and through and a natural leader

Johnson Mighten and Lolley should be the 3 with Taylor upfront for the game at Coventry with Yates and Cafu or Colback in front of Gabriel Worrall McKenna and Richardson and Smith or Horvtch in goal

I say this as I have given up on 3-4-4 or 3-5-2 as Hughton will never change! 😡😡.

You are quite right CH is likely to go with the familiar . Grabban is either not liked by other players so they don’t pass to him or something we don’t know about! It is probably coincidence we didn’t get a result without Carvalhio. So Johnson, Lolley Mighten and Carvalhio as a diamond with Johnson at its head Yates Colback in front front of the back 4 . Yes I agree a change in goal keeper - Smith deserves a chance I feel as well. The whole purpose of pre season is to experiment but yes as the first championship match approaches tinker less so.

Colback should be playing left back he's played there before and surely he would be the best option right now, I would like to see more of Fornah in CM looked class when playing in the friendly matches.

I am not saying Carvalhio’s absence was the reason, but the man is in the last chance saloon . If he can’t make a first choice pick he is a has been yet is only 24. He has obvious technical skills that need to be harnessed for us . Like the whole of Forest team would benefit from a psychologist . On the off chance maybe do a trade with Rooney for Buchanan and a few others would clinch the deal.
