Could I politely guide ya all to another of my greatest defenders, Colin Cooper. Loved the laddie. Cb/ lb was at his testimonial. Some amazing players put in a show for him. ?

Top man Bowie, no airs or graces went onto the pitch and did what he was paid to do, unlike some of the clowns we see today. Very underrated. Is he still up your way, mate?

Carl Tiler was pretty good too.
Einar Aas was a Rolls Royce of a defender too, until that dreadful injury.

Einar Aas was superb, but alas didn't last a season, Rogie.
Cooper, no, not for me.
Terry Hennessey, total class.
Sammy would have been, if Cloughie had come along sooner.
All about partnerships at centre back though, and best we had was Burns and Lloyd. End of.
