Nah me neither lol, well 9 years ish, buying the house in Cumbria outright. Farmhouse needing some work, most of which I'll do myself. It will either be flogged or rented out. Should turn a nice six figure profit. Might even live there with the Mrs, although shes not keen on keeping livestock.

When its finished I'll throw a party up there, all from the site will be invited, plenty to places to hide a body up there?(joking by the way, cheap pig feed is a better plan) ??
