I've never heard Radio Nottingham commentators have to apologize numerous times for foul and abusive language overheard on the commentary. however I'm sure it wasn't their fault!

Nottingham Forest are the first team to stop Liverpool from scoring in the Premier League at Anfield since Nottingham Forest in 2024.
24 Nov 2025 09:28:55
Talking of apologies, the BBC is up before an MP'S committe today under pressure over Trump, et al. I wonder who they might send to give them a fighting chance? Maybe Wayne Rooney? They can field questions like: Why have you given this man a highly paid job? Was he the best candidate?
Of course - bring La Voix! That should seal it for the Beeb!
24 Nov 2025 11:23:00
Bigger question why does Troy Deeney get paid by the BBC, terrible record on field discipline and ex-con?, box ticking more important than etics!.
24 Nov 2025 13:38:28
I felt like screaming at the radio this morning!
Talksport "What's gone wrong at Liverpool! "
Very little mentioned of how well we snuffed them out!
They couldn't lay a glove on us!
23 Nov 2025 22:24:51
After the last two performances, if we carry on our momentum you can see a decent points haul from our next few matches
We'll qualify for Europe with our remaining matches season on the up now.

As one who posted negative comments about Sean Dyche, I've been impressed with what him and his assistants Woan and Stone have done, Dyches enthusiasm for the task of being coach is palable, long may it continue ??.
But I still think his tenure will be due to Marinakis's high expectations, posted before it really is in Dyche, Woan and Stone's hands how long they last here.
24 Nov 2025 21:40:06
This is Forest DTP. We always seem to lose one we "expect" to win and beat someone good. Wish we would stop it. It stresses me out!
24 Nov 2025 22:05:38
Thing I'd say is cyclist, we are scoring goals again and not conceding as many, so that's a good recipe no matter who the opposition.
25 Nov 2025 16:34:27
Very true, DTP. 8 goals in the last 3 league games. 5 goals in the 9 matches before that.
23 Nov 2025 19:22:30
A couple more wins and we’ll be mid table.
What do we need in the next window or should we just wait for the walking wounded to come back. Our squad is still small for all matches coming up.

Think we are covered for most positions
Can't see us doing much buisness tbh
If anything a striker with Kaliumunda not settling in and looking like being loaned out.
I'd like to see us send zinchenko back and bring in a left back or give the Brazil lad a go now his loan is about to expire at Botofargo
Doubt we have much money to play with unless we offload a few first
I'd stick.
23 Nov 2025 21:18:53
Our squad is the same size as every team in the competition.
24 Nov 2025 10:50:11
Can we Replace injured Awoniyi with Hutchinson in the Europa Squad?
24 Nov 2025 21:40:46
We will be if one of the strikers go to a German club to get minutes.
23 Nov 2025 18:21:00
Well, if we weren't in Arnies head after taking 4 points off the ( very worthy and runaway ) Champions last season we certainly will be now….
As a footnote, VAR and the officials did their very best for the Scousers but it was not to be comrades…….

Never a hand ball. It looked it came of his chest more than his hand.
23 Nov 2025 14:51:29
I won my bet as well ? - always bet on a Forest win (if I have one, as I did last season at Anfield).
One of the most notable results in Premier League history yesterday to win at Anfield by 3 goals and not conceding. I don't think BBC made nearly enough of it - let's hope they do as the season progresses and hope Sky Sports acknowledge it along with other 'pundits'? Wayne Rooney not the best choice to review it?
It's a bit like some people not recognizing what Nuno did last season for a club like Nottingham Forest, 7th in the Premier League and on the fringe of the Champions League, incredible achievement.
Some funny people around?
Will start breathing more easily though when we are well out of the bottom 8 and a 1 - 0 win against Brighton. COYR.

Cyclist, winning the Europa is the cherry on top of the icing on top of the cake mate. The actual cake is staying in the Premier League. Everything flows from that.
But at least we have enough resources to have a pop at it, see where we are at Christmas, injuries, availability etc then perhaps a couple of outgoings and incomings in the next transfer window.
Priority is Premier definately imo….
24 Nov 2025 21:46:05
We should throw everything at Europa. Champion's League is the big time. If we get into that, who knows where the club can go.
My take is if we have to concentrate on the Prem as a priority, the coaches are useless with this squad. So if you're right and Dyche is that good, The Prem is a given.

Rehearsing for Lollipop Man duty. Helping kids cross without danger! (no danger of scoring ha ha. )
23 Nov 2025 13:09:23
Dyche masterclass…. 25% possession but 100% of the points! We actually had nearly double the number of shots on target.
Norfolk, was it you who was off to the Abba show? It just shows, footballs not always about “Money money money “ is it? ????.
23 Nov 2025 14:27:17
Just has important that's over 160 minutes without a goal against Murrilo is the best CH at the club ???.
23 Nov 2025 15:30:05
No Stokey, not me! Already at 3.21pm the log fire is made, home made apple cake to go wth Earl Grey at tea time with the London derby.
Followed by Roast chicken, (free range), then Antiques Roadshow! Abba not for me but the 'winner does take it all'. Tough luck Arne!
23 Nov 2025 16:04:11
Bernard Matthews strikes again ??.
23 Nov 2025 17:21:02

Big shout out to Igor Jesus yesterday who covered every blade of grass at Anfield and was robbed of a perfectly good goal by a very bad decision
The whole spine of the team looked solid yesterday Savona is getting better with every game he plays Williams is along with Anderson our most consistent player
And the midfield 4 of Anderson Sangare MGW and Dominguez all did well in the first half and when Dyche brought on Hutchinson it showed attacking intent
I fancied us to win yesterday and honestly believe we will get a top 10 finish this season.

Yep, it's been a great turnaround since Dyche came in and everyone played for each other yesterday, they should all be very proud with their performances and now onto the next game.
Well done Reds, keep it up!
23 Nov 2025 02:32:07
Excellent team performance against Liverpool, 25% possession, 3 goals and a clean sheet at Anfield, we are back to doing what we do well!, just a mention for one player Dominquez, when he's in the team he makes a big difference, does the grunt work which gives other players time, he was going to be part of a swap deal for Luiz if I remember right, I'm glad he wasn't, Great Being A Forest Supporter ?.
Thanks Stokey for your comment ??.

Hey Guys, Check out Murrillo's After Match interview with Colin Fray.
His English has came on brilliantly well.
Just like his performances, and such a humble and such a respectful guy too.
Glad your our's mate!
23 Nov 2025 08:17:46
My Son was on Nightshift at his Hospital on Friday night, so I told him we won 3nil.
He said "Dad? Usually you would go mental?
Why not? "
I said "Believe me son, I just about managed to keep it in, knew you were sleeping "
He said "Omg Dad! Seriously! That must have been so hard for you! thank you! "He laughed!
23 Nov 2025 12:28:36
Saw MGW interview, big smile on his face talking how the training got a lot harder, and Dyche using his catch phase "Hard Yards", hope Murrillo picks up some Nottingham slang words like calling Alex Scott "Me Duck" ?.

You know what. On reflection i was thinking since we have been in the premier, what was a bigger win or statement than this.
My mind went blank.
I think December 1977
Man U 0 Forest 4
It's the only compareter I can think off.
If anyone can think of a better one. Enlighten me.

No mate, that 0-4 was us sending out a Statement!
My Man United work mate told me to "F@#k Off" when I bid him good morning!
I hadn't even mentioned the match yet!
So I said "Ya know what Billy?
You'll saying the same when we play you at home mate!. and as Barry Davies said " Buried in your own back yard! "
He was absolutely fuming!
I couldn't have cared less!
Also when we hammered West Brom 1-4 Cyrille Regis, Batson, Cunningham, Moses in thst side, as we swept them aside, I actually decked a WBA fan who spat on my Forest badge, which was pinned to my blazer at School.
As I've said on here before, I was fed up with everyone supporting the Big Six, so it was either, City, Coventry (Yes! ) Or Forest, I liked the name, never even heard of Cloughie. and what a Journey since then!
Sooo glad I plumped for Forest!
Uuuu Redddss!

When I lived in Manchester, Man City was like my second team. My GF lived about 100yds from Maine Road. They were a different animal then with proper fans. Used to like that ground. Their new one was soulless by comparison.
I remember us playing them there in the league cup. What a game.

Sorry, it wasn't a cup match. Memory malfunction.
23 Nov 2025 10:58:19
I'd probably say the 2-1 win at Old Trafford when United was on a 18 month unbeaten home run.
23 Nov 2025 11:53:23
It was 3-3 by the way.
23 Nov 2025 12:40:24

23 Nov 2025 10:46:33
I thought exactly the same after watching that segment, all about how Liverpool need to improve yak, nothing about what we were doing, so one dimensional BBC.
Maybe the post match synopsis time is based on the possession stats:)
It's supposed to be balanced and impartial, it'll never change.

Does anyone think Tuchel deserves a wee bit of credit for deploying Ando in a deep role? All our managers (Dyche not included) have played him as a number eight, Newcastle played him as a eight and even Carsley in the under twenty ones. Dyche seems to have copied Tuchel and Ando thrived at Anfield. I honestly think the young lad is turning into an absolute beast of player, can do it all but his calm and measured personality and seemingly relaxed attitude to play suits him perfectly to sitting deep and being that football equivalent of a quarter back.
I know its early but he actually reminds of Pirlo. High praise yes but deserved. ?.

And completely not us related, how can a Chelsea defender get a yellow for consist blocking but not have a penalty given against him? (at corners in the second half) Surely its a penalty? Just going on MOTD highlights but it's a huge for Burnley not to get a pen ?.
