Never handball that. Looked like the front of his shoulder/ chest….

Agree1 Disagree0

22 Nov 2025 15:53:17
Jesus's goal seemed more legit than Murillo's, it's not up to VAR to level up decisions!, hope we don't try to defend the whole second half, we can and are causing them problems. UREDS.

Agree1 Disagree0

22 Nov 2025 15:10:19
Anderson of the line?, Sels might get a chance for the Golden Gloves again ?.

Agree1 Disagree0

22 Nov 2025 15:50:52
Typical LiVARpool.
Absolutely pathetic!

22 Nov 2025 15:53:27
Pure corruption. Just unforgivable.

22 Nov 2025 13:51:00
Thought Hutchinson may have had a start, quite disappointing with the team news I’ve heard for today’s game if it’s correct.

Agree2 Disagree0

22 Nov 2025 14:29:45
Looks like Sean Dyche is trying for consistency in team selection, fancy our chances today, and Dyche has surprised Liverpool a couple of times with different teams. UREDS.

22 Nov 2025 15:03:02
5 nil Liverpool.

22 Nov 2025 15:40:17
Skegs "WRONG".

22 Nov 2025 16:37:42
I meant 5 nil forest ???.

22 Nov 2025 16:49:21
No one can say your Fickle Skeggs!
JUST BLOODY BELIEVE!

22 Nov 2025 16:54:28
Good to see you except it Skegs, but let's be honest who would have predicted this! ?.

22 Nov 2025 09:01:57
Let’s hope all the disharmony that Edu has caused is being healed by D, W, and Stone.
These 3 will not stand for his nonsense and I, m sure Mr M knows this and won’t let him interfere anymore than his job allows.
We. ll see if the spirit is good by today's performance.

Agree2 Disagree3

22 Nov 2025 10:24:11
You could equally argue that the disharmony was caused by Nuno or Marinakis. None of us are actually there when conversations are had.

22 Nov 2025 11:09:10
Good post carlo edu out.

22 Nov 2025 11:33:24
Your wrong cyclist dtp knows the truth he was there when they were having the conversations according to his posts.

22 Nov 2025 13:09:19
Neither of you know. We only know for certain that Nuno ran off with a fat contract and threw his toys out of the pram.

We now have a EUFA squad with Boly in and Hutchinson and Jair Cuhna not in. Terrible decision. We also don't have enough cover at FB after sending Cuaibano to Brazil. Crap decision.

22 Nov 2025 13:38:21
He was!
Cos I seen him!
???.

22 Nov 2025 14:18:43
Good posts cyclist.

22 Nov 2025 14:41:15
All I can say to that cyclist is good on nuno fat pay off for a incredible job he did ?.

21 Nov 2025 16:31:54
Premier League clubs have approved a new alternative PSR, called Squad Cost Ratio (SCR) ; clubs will now be allowed to spend 85 per cent of their revenue, with these finances monitored each season; clubs voted against an anchoring system which many felt was effectively a 'salary cap'

Agree1 Disagree0

21 Nov 2025 17:27:47
With the new government regulator David Kogan who's been employed by who he knows, not what he knows and will have to stick his nose into and get involved in running football, the new Paramount deal for the Champions League taking some money from the Premier, Sky's contract finishes at the end of the decade, it may be a downward spiral for English football, and the introduction of the European league, and back to no investment in what was the best League in Europe!.

21 Nov 2025 19:53:56
They've also closed the loophole that Villa and Chelsea exploited by stopping sales of hotels and women's teams to boost transfer spends on the men's first team which is a good thing. But I'm sure clubs will find other ways.

21 Nov 2025 20:08:12
They'll definitely find a way.

21 Nov 2025 22:01:13
Just means the historical big clubs will continue to dominate n nobody be able to break through. how can Newcastle the richest club in the world have to sell young lads to balance the books.

21 Nov 2025 22:24:06
This labour government is so desperate they'll probably try and tax football out of existence.

22 Nov 2025 00:33:05
Stripe, think about that then think, who cares. If clubs like us benefit from the monsters claiming poverty and having to sell international class youngsters to the rest of the league then yeah, give em that middle finger ?.

22 Nov 2025 10:26:08
The government are definitely desperate. My guess is they will mostly do whatever they think is popular. Personally I hope they don't replace the PM, as then they are DOOMED!

22 Nov 2025 12:30:00
Replacing the PM by somebody like Andy Burnham is their only hope.

22 Nov 2025 16:15:42
Replacing Starmer with Burnham is a mistake, he sticks up for every minority opinion, and if challenged, your called a right wing racist, calling themselves the "Labour Party" is an insult to the British work force!.

20 Nov 2025 22:44:33
Here's the truth, Nuno was never going to stay after marinakis confronted him on the pitch
Any relationship was broken then
Edu is a really convenient excuse since
Marinakis made a dire mistake in offering nuno a new contract then
And nuno paid him back
What's done is done, move on as its about forest not individuals.

Agree7 Disagree9

21 Nov 2025 00:28:31
Lot of emotional posts lately dtp, practice what ya preach. Too many pops as ya told me. Btw I appreciated it ?.

21 Nov 2025 06:57:03
I think Marinakis has moved on and is planning for next season, there's a couple of moving parts, one keeping in the Premier, second getting Marco Silva, not having to pay out his contract at Fulham and pay Dyche of, Marinakis would still be quids in.

I really think Dyche would need to perform a miracle to still be here next season, it's in his hands, but matching Marinakis expectations is beyond him.

21 Nov 2025 09:59:43
Possibly a late menopause ?.

21 Nov 2025 10:35:24
Noticed this morning that Liverpool were getting the media treatment with previews for their game tomorrow. Nice picture on the BBC website of Slot and Pep (Splot). Should raise our anticipation levels for the return of the Prem. Would you take a draw Arne? Who's the Forest manager again.?

21 Nov 2025 14:10:42
Here's the truth. You can't handle the truth! No truth-handler, you. I deride your truth-handling abilities!

21 Nov 2025 18:01:09
Ravers. Don't let the truth get in the way of a good post on here.

21 Nov 2025 18:56:39
Gazz, please explain? Your telling me nuno wasn't happy with the pay off? Big M, bless just walked right into it. ONLY FOR HIS PASSION. Doesn't need money for taylors sake, nuno knew he'd get a new club.

As I kept saying from covid breakdowns. Clubs brought down with nothing., YOU KNOW, how much football means to these towns etc. game of greed fans in need. Just hurts me.

21 Nov 2025 19:20:39
Ravers that is the truth about Nuno
Signed the contract and knew Edu would be starting his job months ago
Nuno also knew we don't by 30 year old wingers
He was never going to get his way with Traore
We buy young players with a sell on value
He played his cards well fir a nice golden pay off.

21 Nov 2025 19:57:09
The truth is Nuno was asked a question he answered it and Edu and Marinakis didn't like the answer.

21 Nov 2025 20:18:21
Honestly why are you guys still arguing about Nuno? In case anyone missed it, he's now the manager of West Ham and we're on our second manager since his departure.

Stop living in the past. ???.

21 Nov 2025 20:21:51
It's called banter winter.

21 Nov 2025 20:37:56
Respect your elders young man.

21 Nov 2025 20:45:17
Bloody hell gents, come on lighten up, surely the care home feeds you both well and you get your bottoms wiped???.

21 Nov 2025 21:38:47
We've already wiped yours winter ????.

21 Nov 2025 21:53:07
Wouldn't let you anywhere near my backside! ??????????.

21 Nov 2025 22:02:45
It wasn't an offer ???.

22 Nov 2025 00:21:20
Its banter ????.

20 Nov 2025 16:46:55
Fancy us for at least a point at Anfield on Saturday

We have a much better squad this season than last and Liverpool are on the wane a bit atm

I’m going 2-1 Forest Ndoye and Jesus.

Agree6 Disagree0

20 Nov 2025 18:13:51
Me too!
COYRS!

20 Nov 2025 21:59:13
We couldn't meet them at a better time, BUT on their day can beat anyone
I'm not expecting any points tbh, but looking forward to watching and you never know.

21 Nov 2025 00:37:14
At one time you just hoped we put in a good performance, know we can expect better and rightly so, going for a hard fought win to Nottingham Forest.

21 Nov 2025 11:36:06
I'd snatch their hand off if they offered us a point. Can't see us beating them, though. But we did last season I suppose which was when both sides were in good form. We're going in the right direction but I just think they'll have too much quality for us. 2-0 Scousers.

21 Nov 2025 18:59:13
We’ll get nowt at Anfield, yes, they are in poor form for their usual standards, but so are we! Would love us to come away with the 3 points but i just can’t see it happening. As long as we try hard and give them a good go, then that’s progress and the way forward.

21 Nov 2025 20:00:24
Agree perko
We can see if the leeds result and two weeks for some on the training ground under dyche has improved our confidence
I've got MGW down to score the winner with his head ????.

21 Nov 2025 21:01:00
Why laugh on the season ahead? It's the players letting us down. Paid more than enough. Just hurts me to fck.

21 Nov 2025 21:39:57
If it hurts you to fck, Bowie, I'd go to the doctors if I were you.

21 Nov 2025 22:06:58
I'd go to the docs on your joints etc. But didn't mention it milkman stalker.

21 Nov 2025 22:31:52
Don't let em get to you Bowie
It's what they want a reaction.

22 Nov 2025 00:54:20
All they have tbh dtp ?.

20 Nov 2025 09:21:18
SD would probably give time to Jota Silva, he’s his kind of player.

Agree2 Disagree2

20 Nov 2025 15:05:01
I like his work rate. Total commitment. Like Yatesy he's hot gifted with great football skills but he gives everything and leaves nothing out on the pitch.

20 Nov 2025 15:49:11
I’d have kept him Carlo. Always gives 100% and stirs things up a bit. Works like a Trojan. The sort of player I like too!

20 Nov 2025 19:21:40
Headless chicken and not much talent.

20 Nov 2025 20:15:23
Carvahallo sels etc ?? get him playing dtp knows nothing ??.

20 Nov 2025 20:56:12
You keep watching sels skeggs.

20 Nov 2025 21:57:20
No need to pal watched him last season under a decent manager that knew how to get the best out of every player let me remind you golden glove teamwork camaraderie that's what a decent manager does why your crying in your pillow thinking about it I'm off to bed for a good night's sleep bit like the west ham fans now they know they will be safe under a great manager night pal.

20 Nov 2025 22:21:53
Jota would have banged in a lot of the missed chances. He's a better player than Nuno thought he was.

20 Nov 2025 23:37:30
Your all past tense skeggs and that's gone
It's about this season now, Liverpool won at a Canter last season, but despite spending half a billion are worse off, that's football skeggs, something that you don't understand
Edu Edu?
That's all you can come up with as a pathetic response
I've lost my nuno to go on the piss with and how can a Dyche help? ???.

21 Nov 2025 11:51:30
That's a bit like Yatesy as well, DTP. But they are both incredibly hard workers.

21 Nov 2025 12:58:19
If Jota is that good why doesn't he play for his Turkish team more often?
ps Sam Surridge is up to 27 goals this season. Maybe he's not Premier League Class, but now we'll never know.

21 Nov 2025 19:33:36
Hard workers without talent though
It's not good enough I'm afraid in the premier
Might sound harsh, but just being honest.

21 Nov 2025 20:12:45
Coz your a money man, dtp. Like the usual top six you believe in nectar points, not heart, don't get me wrong I know ya luv the club. But money obsscures your sight. Just my opinion.

21 Nov 2025 20:38:46
No Bowie, Weare still trying to establish ourselves for good, in the premier and it costs, I'm a realist on that and it's irrelevant whether I agree on money in football or any other sport
If you want your club to compete at the highest level then it will cost millions and I accept that
Like I've always said the clubs owes me nothing, I've gladly paid my money over the years and seen the good the bad and some really ugly
Why you have such a hang up about the premier and money I can't understand
It's not your money and it's not mine
Got loads of mates from all the away trips and lost a few aswell, it's my day out with family and friends aswell as just watching forest
I'm no money man just accept football and know it won't change.

21 Nov 2025 21:09:58
Your not a realist dtp, we are second bottom, and most of our players are playing like championship players for taylors sake. I tell ya I know the simplicity of the game, and most of this lot aren't working for it, or lost.

By little help to dyche and his task. Get your head out your arse., see the game for it's love, and the rest of ya, not it's gluttony.

21 Nov 2025 21:52:37
Well sels is that's for sure, but he was great last season I keep getting told?
Always going to change this season because of qualifying for Europe and needing a bigger squad
A big influx needed to cope as our academy players aren't ready
Then you get the problem of last minute signings as Palace fought every legal avenue and integrating thise players at the last minute
Nuno can't cope and spits his dummy out and that's why we are where we are
I didn't want Dyche at any cost, but he's suprised me and is playing football
I wish him well and long may it continue.

22 Nov 2025 07:25:25
What you mean I'd after all that goggly goop is 79. dyche has proved you wrong like all your other predictions ??? this club will never get anywhere with edu having his say on transfers sooner he's gone better we will do edu out ?.

19 Nov 2025 16:30:04
Would anyone else have James Garner back? He and Anderson would make an awesome midfield. Luiz might not always be available?

Agree2 Disagree4

19 Nov 2025 18:24:18
Not for me BSE. I don't think that Garner is quite PL standard. I do think that he'd probably excel at one of the better CL clubs though.

19 Nov 2025 18:27:26
I'd have him back, but can't see him coming until the summer when he's a free player. Unfortunately Anderson will be on his way by then, bit of a shame that.

19 Nov 2025 22:41:20
Garner is a premier player end of
I agree Anderson we can't keep come the summer
But some bidding war will take place
He won't get to leave in January no matter what
Not done Brighton any harm keep selling and reinvesting
Garner on a free great buisness.

19 Nov 2025 23:23:54
Whenever we have played Everton, he has always impressed.

Would be an asset to the squad for sure.

20 Nov 2025 04:36:01
He's the perfect example of a player you need, like Yates is if you want to maintain your mid table mediocrity. Will always make a good living but never shine. Pointless signing for progress.

20 Nov 2025 08:07:36
You need a 24 man squad though, not just the first eleven.

20 Nov 2025 08:28:06
We'll do well to keep hold of Anderson in January so we will need a replacement. Garner will a good freebie at the end of the season. Brighton have got a good recruitment team, DTP. We've got Edu.

20 Nov 2025 08:46:44
At the moment Larry, mid table mediocrity would be wonderful …….

20 Nov 2025 11:09:35
Reading all the comments after mine I feel Garner would be a snip, and blossom under Dyche. I'm sure he'd love to return and would be dependable too.

20 Nov 2025 11:14:42
That's correct silkman edu ?? downhill all the way with him. edu out.

20 Nov 2025 12:20:53
Edu bought most of arsenal squad, so give it time
Also he's not head of recruitment
We haven't done so badly for a team trying to establish ourselves in the premier when you take into account how difficult it is to spend and stay within the rules
We will make mistakes in the market, but we've bought quite a few gems who's value has soared
Edu will prove to be an asset and shut most of you up
Your like a bunch of kids, "I've lost my Nuno and it's all Edu fault"
The blame lies elsewhere for the turmoil over coaches this season, it should have been sorted before the season started.

20 Nov 2025 15:50:07
Good post DTP.

20 Nov 2025 15:59:07
Edus been buying most of tge players for years at arsenal that's why they never won owt ?? as soon as he left they're flying with new signings that wasn't his edu put ???.

20 Nov 2025 20:18:49
Firstly Pedro Fierriea is head of recruitment skeggs at Nottingham forest and secondly, I'd love Edu to get the likes of Raya, White, Timber, Saliba, Caliafori, Trossard, Martinelli, Havertz, Rice, jesus and many more over the years he's acquired for Arsenal, but that isn't his job at forest outright
Marinakis knows that with three clubs to run he needs someone to overlook them all
That's his job and he has a lot of contacts in our main market of south America
Your blinded by "I'm on the piss with Nuno"

20 Nov 2025 21:03:26
No matter how you google everything spending your night trying to prove me wrong dtp ??? edu is in charge of recruitment for all the teams he has the last say pal same with the coaches and the big attacking exciting ange also getting rid of the coach that would of made it a better season and building a better squad keep googling pal one day you might be right in what you say edu out useless ???.

20 Nov 2025 21:31:52
Stop crying skeggs.

Why Wirtz Is Struggling to Shine at Liverpool FC?

19 Nov 2025 07:39:28
{Ed's Note - TheRedKop has posted a new article entitled, Why Wirtz Is Struggling to Shine at Liverpool FC?

Agree0 Disagree0

19 Nov 2025 11:56:10
What a match!
3 superb goals too!

18 Nov 2025 21:52:42
Yawn. I'm bored. No club footy! ?

Stokey, can't you so one of your posts and start a chat/ argument about Jesus had a son who visited Glastonbury and Mary took him the the South of France or something? ?.

Agree1 Disagree0

19 Nov 2025 09:12:54
Morning Cyclist mate. I haven’t been to Glastonbury for many years. The legend of the holy thorn bush ( its descended bushes still grow in the Abbey Grounds) stem from Joseph of Arimathea ( one of the disciples) who supported visited there.
I believe it was Mary Magdalene who is reputed to have fled to the South of France and lived as a hermit in a cave there for many years after the death of Christ.

I think Dan Brown made use of this legend in his Da Vinci code books which are absolute tosh but gallop along at an entertaining pace. The films with Tom Hanks as Professor Robert Langdon are great fun.
My wife and I have just booked a cruise from Rome to Barcelona for our 70th birthdays in 2027, calling at a few places in the South of France so I’ll look into it and report back then ………??????????.

19 Nov 2025 14:12:00
Hopefully your cruise will turn out like the titanics. then they'll be no need for you to do a report stokey ??.

19 Nov 2025 15:23:48
Not the burning bramble bush then, Stokey. According to the bible Joseph of Arimathea (if he existed) buried Jesus and came to England but Jesus. Regardless of what the hymn will have you believe.

19 Nov 2025 15:46:34
If you drop into the French Riviera Stokey, you might look up Scott Fitzgerald's influences for The Great Gatsby.
Was lucky enough to be there in June and one evening walking at the Cap D'Antibes came across a cove which struck me as an image which could have been used for 'East and West Egg'; peninsulas where the opulent houses in the novel were.

(The Hamptons really).

19 Nov 2025 16:05:21
if you're going to the South of France, I recommend reading the Holy Blood and the Holy Grail. The authors tried to sue Dan Brown for plagiarism (Da Vinci Code is based on their book/ work and some "Masonic"/ Johannite myths).

The da Vinci bit is based on the idea that Leonardo da Vinci (and supposedly Victor Hugo among others) was the head of a secret order called the Priory of Sion who have guarded Jesus ancestors for centuries).

It's a good read and clearly designed to appeal to a certain audience. Not saying it's all true, but where there's smoke. ?

And now it's time for the weather.

19 Nov 2025 16:09:53
Sadly for your hopes Skegs, it would be very unusual for there to be icebergs in the Med at any time, never mind mid June mate!
You may be aware that the Captain of the Titanic was John Smith, a Stokey. Hence the local brewery is the Titanic Brewery with its notorious slogan “ goes down a treat”…….

19 Nov 2025 18:14:11
Thanks Norfolk. I’m a big fan of F. Scott Fitzgerald and will re read his novels particularly “ Tender is the Night” set in the French Riviera. Probably the saddest ending to a novel I’ve ever read I think.
Silk, it’s all lost in the mists of time mate. As you say, no smoke without fire but I equate the Bible with the Arthurian legend and our own Robin Hood.

Great stories and Mallory’s “ Morte D’Arthur” and T. H. White’s “The Once and Future King” are amongst my all time favourites. The King James Bible is a masterpiece whether you believe in its contents or not.
Cyclist, thanks for that tip mate, I’ll give it a read!
??.

19 Nov 2025 19:00:39
The first edition of the King James Bible, which was edited by Francis Bacon and prepared under Masonic supervision, bears more Mason’s marks than the Cathedral of Strasburg. -Manly P. Hall

Another clue about Bacon. Look up the 46th word in Psalm 46. Then the 46th word from the end of Psalm 46. ?

And now it's time for the weather.

19 Nov 2025 19:06:24
Only icebergs in your drinks eh Stokey.

Talking of ships Captains, did you know the Captain of the Poseidon was Leslie Neilson, every time I've seen it I expect him to drop a one -liner. RIP good Sir.

19 Nov 2025 20:53:01
It was just an idea ? but there is a russuan sub there the novorossiysk maybe that will pop its head up for a but of target practice ??.

19 Nov 2025 22:47:49
Stokey 1957 has a lot to answer for as born same year ?????.

19 Nov 2025 23:58:20
Hey ginger bud, that Leslie nelson. Was he the one who took dierby 20, 000 leagues under the premier on the posiedon?

20 Nov 2025 08:48:56
Born just in 1956 DTP but it was certainly a true Golden era……???????.

20 Nov 2025 16:10:10
Skegs, mate, I’m afraid the Russian sub ( the Novochok or whatever its called) has already popped up in the Med a few weeks back when it’s engines were knackered and, worse, began dripping diesel fuel onto the crew apparently. It limped home with every man and his dog photographing it as it crawled past Istanbul.
As Putin backed the losing side ( Assad) in the Syrian Civil War it was a long way back because the Russian naval base was captured.

By the way, mate, I’ve got to say you are reminding me of Clouseau’s boss Chief Inspector Dreyfus ( brilliantly played by Herbert Lom) dreaming of all the ways his bete noire could be “terminated”! Have you developed a nervous facial twitch yet? ????????.

21 Nov 2025 11:41:53
Putin backed Assad we backed an Al Qaeda affiliate. Then TACO Trumputin invited their leader and their main funders and sponsors to the White House. Amazing but true.

18 Nov 2025 20:46:03
See Belgium dropped sels?
Hopefully give him an incentive to get back on track, starting against Liverpool.

Agree2 Disagree1

18 nov 2025 21:32:22
c'mon denmark!

18 Nov 2025 21:49:52
Maybe a alien abducted him at the end of last season put there body into him and he's not the same goalkeeper that won the golden glove last season ????????.

18 Nov 2025 21:52:07
Jock game, crazy ??.

18 Nov 2025 21:56:43
Scott McKenna, always had time for the laddie ?.

18 Nov 2025 22:25:04
Steve Clarke done a fantastic job.

18 Nov 2025 22:31:58
Bellamy doing a great job for Wales aswell
Didn't have him down as managerial material tbh
What I'd live to see is neville and carragher have a go at managment?
They criticise for fun, but haven't got the bottle to try it.

18 Nov 2025 22:45:33
What else could it possibly be, Skegs?

18 Nov 2025 22:57:09
Thing is Bowie gesture a goid honest professional and will look better with a quality player alongside him, he reminds me of steve Bruce who would never gave won so much had pallister not been his partner at centre back
It's not always about the individual player, sometimes it's about the partnership in that position and the understanding, Lloyd and burns had it, Charlton and moore had it, when on paper better players in one position where available.

18 Nov 2025 23:15:54
He's had an encounter of a flappy time?

18 Nov 2025 23:27:27
Gesture?
Thus phone is done Mckena
Hiw it changes to that I have no idea

Keeps doing it on texts and everything
I'm informed the keypad is knackered and delaying what I type and really random comes out
Are well all good fun and only 18 month left on contract ????.

18 Nov 2025 23:27:49
Was never gifted too much dtp. but give his all. And more. Speed was never his focal point.

19 Nov 2025 09:43:57
Scott Gesture. Great player.
