Lascelles may be recalled to Newcastle as early as January! We have agreed to buy a goal keeper from a lower league club - not sure who.

Is don't get it. Chopsy your saying Newcastle want to recall one defender and loan us another? Thought the reason for recal was they were in defensive crisis?

I don't get it either red stuart i'm only repeating what it says on another web site and its on the newcastle blog aswell. it also says they have got another centre half on loan at roma so why don't they recall him. i don't want to see lascelles go but it seems as if the premier clubs pull strings and the championship clubs dance which i think is wrong but that's football in this country nowdays.

We could let them have Collins or Halford if they are desperate! Is Evtimov still around? We need a strong powerful defensive midfield player so unless Taylor can play there we should pass on him.

As far as I'm aware this is rubbish. I'm sure that SP has said several times that there is no recall clause.

Taylor rumoured to have had bust up with Pardew and hasn't been playing so looking to use him as a sweetener to take Lascelles early.
