If he had a broken tub and fib would he be sat on two chairs (in a leg brace)having pictures took with someone?i think he would be in the operating theatre having an op to sort it ASAP.
No source just thinking with my head.

Your nurse friend needs to find a new profession!

He's dislocated his knee cap, which could mean anything from a month or two out, or possibly until the Summer depending on the severity of the damage and the speed of recovery.

They think he dislocated his knee, such a shame as he has done very well for a debut season, hope he's back before the end, get well soon Dave.

It's a dislocated knee. Waiting for scans to see ligament damage but would be surprised to se him back this season. Looked like he was getting his mojo back last night. Speedy recovery Britt.

Was just passing on the text i received last night from someone working at qmc. i'm very glad it was wrong information. let's hope he returns before the end of the season.

Cause surely if he had broken it they would of strapped it up in a leg brace on the pitch. But hopefully he can recover quick and come back stronger than ever!

No chance of broken bones would of been immobilised on the pitch before being stretchered off, if it is a dislocated knee it could be a month out or longer depends if there is any secondary damage, followed by how Britt heals. I for one hope it's not bad and he is a fast healer. Fingers crossed.

I'm more worried about the Cherps that the forest boys are putting on the bird site saying he will come back stronger.that to me says he's going to be out for a while, they don't normally say this when a player gets injured!

If you just keep patient there will be an announcement later after he gets his scan results. The club don't know exactly what the damage is until after the scan.

From the club site: Nottingham Forest striker Britt Assombalonga has been ruled out for 12 months following knee surgery.
