heard a lot of things around mills leaving to free up some wages (apparently he's on huge wages) this mainly came from that idiot nixon so i decided to do some digging and found that his wages are no more than £10,000 a week as this was the cap forest had been resricted to by ffp at the time of him signing.

Yes Mills signed for us while we were under the embargo and are wage cap was £10,000 a week. Same with Jamie Ward.

I'd be less shocked to see Hobbs leave to be honest. Great player when he's fit but has struggled too much with injuries of late.

It's a shame but it may pave the way for him to find a new club. Purely me speculating of course.

Mills did come on 10k a week but I wonder if there was an agreement in place that when we come out embargo his wage went up?

Agree with 1985 - or Mills has a long contract like Ward meaning he coasts with us for a couple of years, injurred. Mancienne best CB at the club but on massive money we can ill afford.
