Didn't recognise one of the goalies in training with Forest at the University today.

1.) 25 Jun 2019 20:44:48
Sounds like you need to get out the bushes and get a bit closer or bye some decent binoculars?

2.) 26 Jun 2019 15:46:19

06 Mar 2019 10:00:31
Grab an has a personal trainer, who it appears is advising him not to play. This goes against what the Forest physio's are advising. You could not make it up.

1.) 06 Mar 2019 10:40:45
To which he responded very quickly to say its nonsense

2.) 06 Mar 2019 18:01:15

Give the guy a break. He is 31 and has managed his injuries using a personal trainer for a while who will know his body better than the clubs medical team.

I seem to recall that you have been questioning why our players get so many injuries? So don't you think the medical team might be part of the problem?

I know who I'd trust if I was nursing a condition?

3.) 06 Mar 2019 19:16:01
It was printed in the Daily Mail which is on par with The Sun as in that neither of which are reliable sources of information.

4.) 06 Mar 2019 19:40:37
Let’s be honest if cars that a mechanic had fixed broke down as often as our players would you let him touch your car? It can’t all be bad luck can it ?

5.) 06 Mar 2019 22:43:05
Right back to Trevor Francis tripping on a blade of grass,we seem to lose our best players to injury.
No mechanics in it just the rub of the green.
The modern day pitches and the fact they are knitted together with mesh and players wearing blades is bound to cause injuries,we are unlucky in some ways, but we have signed many players out of contract and not match fit,so injuries will happen on a bigger scale

6.) 07 Mar 2019 06:49:07
I have to disagree on that one, our injury list over recent years expands well beyond the rub of the green and signing unfit out of contract players .

7.) 07 Mar 2019 06:51:35
Ff, If what you say is true about mesh in pitches, and blades bound to cause injuries why do clubs have mesh in the pitch when it is costing them goodness how much having players out injured costing vital points, and the cost of insurance going up as a result.

8.) 07 Mar 2019 07:32:40
I remember stuart Pearce saying our pitch is too bouncy which is causing so many injuries and we wanted it sorted but he got sacked before anything was done

9.) 07 Mar 2019 10:15:29
Maybe that will be sorted during the CG expansion. Martin did mention having new under soil heating.

10.) 07 Mar 2019 15:48:28
I don’t think players had as many injuries when they were wearing proper football boots and studs. I never got any injuries wearing proper footwear.

11.) 07 Mar 2019 16:27:16
Burncross, If that is the case players need to forget about their egos and fashion status and get bokt makers to make how they should.

Their health should be more important, they would surely earn more money if they played more, i know i would prefer the club to bring in some who has had no problems injury wise than someone with a long history of injury problems.

12.) 07 Mar 2019 18:52:10
I suppose they all want to be bladerunners!

13.) 07 Mar 2019 19:16:57
S_Getty, The only trouble with that is they end up digging around only to find out they are going solo with their hans.

14.) 07 Mar 2019 19:43:01
Their is something in modern footwear and woven pitches. When i played pitches got sanded the only issue was turning an ankle. I used to firmly strap my ankles and be inventive with stud pattern to get grip but not be tripping over my own feet. Just my thoughts.

15.) 07 Mar 2019 21:07:46
Also the pace of the game has changed beyond recognition.
Talking pitches can anyone remember us playing a game at home under sir Brian on a pitch covered in snow and a Orange ball,I know we won it and can remember Larry Lloyd being foot perfect, just can't remember who we beat.

16.) 08 Mar 2019 17:09:36
It was the cup and i think it was lincoln

17.) 09 Mar 2019 09:59:09
Hope grabbon is not going to turn into the new matty fryatt

18.) 09 Mar 2019 21:05:53
It sounds like it might be a similar injury - reasonable cause for concern .

04 Feb 2019 18:49:54
Missed a loan. Jordon Wright on loan to Grantham till the end of the season. Have lost count of loaners now.

1.) 04 Feb 2019 19:27:05
Just check all your posts you will soon catch up with yourself.

02 Feb 2019 21:18:40
It would appear the Tunisian centre half had a bad game, but fans should remember he has a fractured bone in his skull, and if we were not short of centre halves he would not have played. Also fans must remember that all the teams the present manager has managed, none have played attacking, entertaining football. The last team he managed are a prime example.

31 Jan 2019 20:50:05
Sorry meant 13 now out on loan.

1.) 31 Jan 2019 21:18:08
But have we signed a left back yet? Doesn’t even have to be ‘class’, just a real, proper left back not one that played last season as a centre back.

2.) 31 Jan 2019 21:20:12
How many of those players we have loaned out were loaned out last season, and we loaned before bringing them in permanently.

3.) 31 Jan 2019 22:11:13
Precisely one of the reasons we need to keep Osbourne. His cover there is vital.

4.) 31 Jan 2019 22:21:53
We haven't had a decent left back since Pearce perks what's new 😁😂

5.) 31 Jan 2019 23:06:52
Until we have ‘class’ full backs, left and right we won’t get out this league.'

6.) 31 Jan 2019 23:12:38
I'm sure some one will sit down at the desk and sort that for you perks

7.) 01 Feb 2019 01:45:20
Thing is Skeg we laugh about it but it’s true.Darikwa/Janko and Robinson, come on let’s be serious simply not good enough. And whoever the manager has been or is now to only have Osborn as back up is a disgrace.

I must have missed something. When did the ground be renamed the New City Ground?

24 Jun 2019 14:41:44
The boys are back in training already.

1.) 24 Jun 2019 17:23:38
Wasn,t that by Thinn Lizzie ?

2.) 24 Jun 2019 18:48:21

23 Jun 2019 18:26:31
If Keane wanted to leave, as he wanted to manage himself, all he had to do was ask to speak to another club, if one came calling, and I am sure Forest would have released him

1.) 23 Jun 2019 18:33:13
That's exactly what he's done isn't it?

2.) 23 Jun 2019 19:57:43
He’s done it preseason rather than mid season because he actually gives a damn. Best thing to do imo good on him to think about the club and the fans.

17 Jun 2019 12:25:05
I think it would be a good idea if Forest got rid of the American and Cummings to Motherwell, in exchange for their young midfielder, who is stalling on a deal with Celtic.

1.) 17 Jun 2019 23:16:55
The American ? Lol I’m on holiday and reading a Cloughie book and that just made me think of ‘our number 9’ bc hardly ever called him anything else but what a player .
Provided you don’t kiss me by d Hamilton it’s an old ish book but a good read

2.) 17 Jun 2019 23:58:28
Which American?

3.) 18 Jun 2019 06:22:00
The one we signed from Chesterfield.

4.) 18 Jun 2019 09:40:15
Ariyibi - winger, 24

22 Apr 2019 15:31:14
You could not make it up. He leaves out players who play well in the previous match. Makes a player who openly criticised him captain. I think he realises him he is on the way out.

A lot better owner than Fawaz. It’s a pity we cannot get a decent manager, one who plays attractive high pressure football.

Cannot see Byram coming to Forest this season. I think the club maybe tightening the purse strings. Money needed for the redevelopment of the stadium.

I am a big follower of Notts CCC, but I have to say they players are totally ill equipped for League 1. But there is something wrong there. Either problems with the Management or the Captain.

The standard of the players possibly moving to Greece is not great.
