landsbury had a medical at villa last week and jjm offered 40 million not 15.

I read somewhere that Lansbury transfer was negotiated by a player not someone approved by the FA and not on there latest list of names published, so investigation is now in process, so I would assume transfer can not happen until or won't be allowed to happen.
