Next year is our 150th anniversary is it not. Fitting way to celebrate with promotion under the legend that is psycho. Maybe this is fate not going up this year??

It is nothing to do with fate, it was because we had a poor manager, poor forwards and injuries from over training.

Next year will again, see too much expectation and pressure and the same result we will still be in this league at the end of next season.

Stuart Pearce is a mercenary and another poor manager. Loved playing for the club, but he had loved us that much he would have come straight away.

I appreciate he had comittments, but we only had nine maybe 12 games left and it would not have affected his summer comittments.

Think we will have a match with anyone? Arsenal maybe?

Honestly can't believe what i'm reading with 1) - its been clearly explained that he has other contractual commitments and personal reasons not to join the club until July 1st - calling one of the biggest and most vocal supporters of NFFC a 'mercenary' is laughable at best and derisory at worst.

What would be the point of him coming in rush-appointing a backroom staff he'll probably change in the summer, getting to grips with a team that has zero to no morale after BD giving us the Paisley makeover and setting himself to fail when there is already a manager in place holding the team together?
