Just a few points from the Ivan Toney Show er I mean Brentford v Forest.

I watched this on Sky on a visit to my daughters in Doncaster and it put in a nutshell why I'm falling out of love with the game. It was basically Ivan Toney the multi millionaire victim before during and after. I have every sympathy with any addiction but IT didn't seek help but cheated the authorities by destroying evidence and still got 8 months rather than the 15 months the authorities wanted. Also the hypocrisy from Sky ( I wonder if Sky Bet are part of Sky errrrr) and the entirely corrupt Premier League who make billions feeding the addiction. When the fun stops stop! Don't make me laugh ??

Secondly, I thought we fought well considering we had 11 players missing and no recovery time from Blackpool extra time and 2 long journeys with no possibility of resting players with our paper thin squad. The last 25 minutes, especially after Yatesy went off we looked like we were running through treacle.

Individually, Woody worked his socks off, scored and was a constant threat. Yates and Danillo superb, Dominquez worked hard too with no result. I said on here before many times that Murillo should never play centre back in a 2 only a 3. Great player but suspect in the air. I'd like to see him in defensive midfield. Speaking of which Mangelas head was clearly elsewhere. Don't know why he wasn't in the walk for ITs goal or what he was doing there. It was clear IT was going to take it there was no one else over it. In the end Mangela lifted a lazy leg like an arthritic ballet dancer neither here nor there. I guess in mitigation there was no one to replace him due to numbers shortage.

I can understand us missing key players through injury like MGW, Elanga, Anoniyi etc that happens but the 6 in Senegal.? I mean did nobody in the hierarchy realise the tournament was going to happen?

Finally, finally GET A BLOODY DECENT GOALKEEPER who has a physical prescence and comes off his line to at least punch the ball if he can't catch it. When it's a lack of confidence or courage on Turners part I've no idea but needs to be sorted ASAP. ???.
