Hi I think Fawaz has never put an appropriate structure which Billy Davis started with sackings of various staff. Billy just got rid of the people he didn't like and put idiots in their place. He then isolated academy and he wouldn't talk to press. Then he lost the plot. Pearce was the one who was putting the right people in place. From academy to scouts and CEO. But lost his way when Cohen Reid and Hobbs got injured. He eventually lost the changing room. Due to the likes of Darlow pato lechelas. If the above 3 hadn't got injured things would have been different.

Pearce would be a good shout as DOF doubt he will get a decent managers job in next few years.
