Have to say, Abdoun is an outrageous talent. Skins players at will. He'll be a force for the Reds! Hope he hangs around for a long time!

It's all about attitude, the two managers were in total opposites - Billy up for it and Sam made excuses, translates into a 5-0 thrashing. Well done lads keep the professionalism to the end and we won't be far away from reaping the rewards.

Sure Abdoun is outrageous.
BUT took penalty when Read/Lansbury nominated and did give the ball away dangerously in midfield.

Got no problem with Abdoun taking the penalty, he backed himself & scored. "giving the ball away dangerously in midfield" is as vague a criticism as I've ever heard based on yesterdays performance. Abdouns taken some stick of late, he's taken time to settle, but his unpredictability is a weapon, the least we can do is give him some credit when he bosses a game like he did yesterday.

The midfield mistake was about his only mislaid pass.
The penalty was perfect. Reidy can't complain, his record this year is 0 from 1 I believe. I thought Lansbury should be pen taker at start of season but if Abdoun is confident then why not. HE scored didn't he?
{Ed034's Note - because the manager before the game nominates his first and second penalty taker and abdoun was neither. He should not have done what he did

How do we know they wee the first two choices for penalty taker. It should be about who feels right at that time. If reidy had just missed three chances, it wouldn't be a good idea for him to take it would it.
He scored, it was a great penalty, better than the one reidy took earlier in the season, as confident as lansburys. If a player backs himself that much and then on live tv, with four thousand away fans behind the goal, does what he did, they deserve a massive pat on the back. It started his game off and he was excellent from then on. Hopefully, it wil kick start a great run for him now, scoring and creating goals.
