This Jack Hobbs fiasco is so confusing, some say you can't sign a pre - contract agreement between 2 English clubs? Also with Hobbs now being injured does his loan carry on with Forest or does he go back to hull? It just seems a mess to me.

{Ed034's Note - been digging and it sounds like he is staying on loan and the contract will run from the summer. that is what I going around the ground

There is a pre contract agreement between two German clubs so I cannot see why it is different for English clubs, the Bosman ruling was for countries in the EU.
The two German clubs who are involved in apre contract are Dortmund and Bayern Muniich for Robert Lewandowski.

Not sure if he has signed a contract but he has said he is going to Munich, i've a feeling Hobbs has told Hull he is going to Forest and we will pay them a fee to stop Hull recalling him.

Ed am I right in assuming that if Hobbs is injured he would not be able to pass a medical and this would not be resolved until after the window, therefore Reading or anyone else for that matter may be deterred. It is probably irrelevant any way if the sentiments about Hobbs are that he wants to say nothing Bruce can do about that and if he is injured he will not be recalled.
