I think it's for a change of personnel it just isn't working, getting beat by a league 1 team and not even scoring a single goal it's getting abit silly now. I like Pearce but the vibe he had when he came in has gone now it was never going to work BD should be a have been sacked had we not had those injuries we could have made a push for promotion last season

If we are not going to give SP time I'm just wondering if by bringing in a new manager we would be breaching FPP rules? The only other suggestion I would put forward since he has brought good players to the club is make SP Director of Football and bring in someone as head coach. Wonder if NC at Sheffield United would consider it?

I still think BD was our best chance at promotion I think we should keep SP but bring in BD in to help him out
