Hope he proves better than his stats- he's still young and a lot of good strikers don't start performing until into their mid twenties so I'm cautiously optimistic. Is a big gamble by Freedman though as his job my be on the line if he gets this one wrong, hope it comes off

He stats online vary. the ones on Wikipedia are way out. Liverpool, Juventus et al aren't going to be scouting a player who scores one goal in a season. he scored 5-9 goals in his two seasons at Young Boys though regularly not starting and at Lille last year he scored 2 goals in 9 appearances I think. hopefully regualar football can bring the best outta him
