This is my very first post on any site, but because of the comments that I have been reading I feel compelled to give my opinion.
Firstly to all the Forest fans on here and I don't believe that everyone is, be carful for what you wish for and what is written on all sites.
This whole scenario gives me a gut feeling that it's the Nigel Doughty fiasco stating all over again.
Fawaz for all his faults and mistakes does have the good of our great club at heart, he and his family have put £millions and £millions into the venture
Like Nigel and any one of us he will only take so much abuse,
I believe if it continues he will
sell what ever assets we have left
cut his losses and walk.
He could leave us in exactly the same position that Nigel did that is with just enough money to keep us ticking over for a certain time period.
I believe that FFP I very very close to being the death of Nottingham Forest FC God forbid.
So please think before you post

The club is a complete shambles and how you can compare it to the time under the late Chairman is astounding.
At least he employed senior people to manage the club and the finances, regardless of whether we agreed with his CEO, we did not end up managing via Twitter., continually hauled to court for non payment of bills, and we DID NOT have an embargo.
In fact Mr Doughty warned us for several years that FFP was coming, and he took brave and unpopular steps to ensure we would avoid its pitfalls. We will never know where we would be now had he lived, as he had already been hounded out of the club by then.
In stark contrast, our current hierarchy ( which appears to be one man) has ignored any advice and accelerated full speed into the trap which we now find ourselves in.
May the circus be halted soon and a proper governance structure be implemented before we are dissolved.

What I can not get my head around is that DF made Lansbury the captain why do this when he is looking to exit the club what impact will this have on the players confidence in DF and his judgments in the future.

Why is there always a 'be careful for what you wish for' post on this site. We aren't necessarily wishing for fawaz to sell up we a would just like him to run the club properly. If he can't do this he should put the club up for sale hopefully for the good of the club and it's fans.

For some reason either Fawaz can't or won't pay bills on time. Can't do the club any good whatever the reason is. If you were Henri Lansbury and wanted to go up into the Premiership which side would you prefer to play for? Anybody would pick Burnley right now.
