Until the take over has been confirmed and completed the announcement of a new manager will have to wait.

I don't think any managerial announcement will be made until takeover has been agreed. By sounds of it, it could be the difference between the manager having a fair amount of money or very little - if the latter could be a deal breaker if takeover isn't approved.
