I was optimistic when MON was given the managers role; was a tad worried about how long he'd been out of the loop, sure, but willing to give the benefit of doubt. Now fast forward a good few games. MoN doesn't appear to know what he is doing; the football is quite frankly, rank; and no matter what MoN comes out with in the interviews I just cannot see us going anywhere fast with him and Keane in charge. we've gone from playing some sublime football at times under Karanka, to now playing percentage hoofball, leaving our better creative players to rust on the bench, and basically not being able to find our backsides with both hands. Grabban looks likes he's no longer interested; everything is played through Lolley, and is therefore easy to stifle; we keep playing Osborn at left back against some of the tallest and most physical players in the Championship. What's happening? For me it's time - or certainly close to it - for MoN and Keane to walk, before pushed. My biggest fear is that if they are here next season, then regardless of the players he may get in, they'll end up playing the same dross we've been served up in recent games. The players we have are more than capable of playing decent, passing football . but look how they play at the moment. and that can only mean one or two things; the way they are being managed and trained, or they simply aren't playing for O'Neil for some reason.

Sorry to admit it but in my opinion correct . What manager is available let alone would come . Need some bright young up and coming manager from the lower leagues as their ain't much good as l can see.

S-Getty mate people on here talking about O’Neill’s football style negativly and then mentioning the cowley brothers as a replacement make me laugh they hit longer than tiger woods, when thy get a corner they use an old air raid siren to intimidate the opposition at Lincoln lol
