Spot on Rutland. Rumour is the EFL are drafting in extra staff in the hope that one of them has a brain. Can you imagine them having to make an IMPORTANT decision like the building is on fire, shall I seek advice on activating the fire alarm or not. Unreal. Likewise, Forest are partially to blame leaving it till the very LAST minute of a transfer window. Grosicki could have been playing against the baa lambs tomorrow. Retford. The other thing about incompetance is the word deadline. The efl know how much wrangling and outside interference their is in a deal. Communication media can fail so why all the panic when, it appears, deals need to be scrutinised before acceptance, this must take time. Remember how many deals in the past that went to the wire and fans were left in the lurch until the following day to hear if the deal hsd been ratified. I doubt the 21 seconds is relevant, if so its beyond pathetic and just keeps these clowns viable. Just think regarding the Grosiki deal, did a medical take place? I never heard of any, did you? Has he signed subject to?
The deadline should be the last point where an interest is shown by both parties and allow 7 days to complete the formalities so no expensive mistakes are made on both sides.
The unknown that circulates is disturbing and if you want my thoughts he failed his medical after the deadline and the clubs cannot agree on a financial agreement going forward, to me thstcis the only logical explanation.

It gets worse Retford. According to another website that claims forests lawyers are arguing that 21 seconds is still part of 5pm and not 5.01pm. If this is so not only is it childishly pathetic but should be put out in the media domain to let the fans know. Whatever happened to the spirit of the law and good intent and all that? Be interesting to know if it is infact law or rules? Either way what a sorry sorry situation for the fans to have to sit on the sidelines not knowing, not able to attend matches but this bunch of officious clowns can keep the fans in the dark for no valid reason.
