'2017-18 season cards will not be available to collect before the match this Saturday and will be posted out in time for the first championship match on Friday 4 August, 7.45pm kick-off. ' This is on the Forest website so let's hope it works out.

Let's hope we all receive them in time just to let people know whoever has purchased a season card they are giving us a free ticket for Burnley at home on Saturday those that have already paid for a ticket for Burnley will get a free ticket for the Shrewsbury game in the cup what a good gesture from the club .

Great idea to give free ticket to season ticket/ card holders.
Only fly in the ointment is like most people if not all I haven't got tne card yet so that could prove a bit tricky.

All I got on renewal was a cash receipts so no proof there.

No one has received their season cards yet so, all you need is your customer reference number to claim.
I'm sure a receipt would also suffice, but worth checking.

my customer number was on my old season ticket. They ripped that page out for some reason.
