Always remember sherwood with his girlie hair in his blackburn days squaring up to pearce and looking a cucumber. For that reason alone please don't have sherwood replace SP. He isn't the answer. Rowett seems to be the man of the moment if we are allowed to pay money out for compo?

Personally, I would love to see Keane as manager and Pearce stay on at the club in some capacity. I think they get on quite well and Pearce could maybe calm him down a bit when needed. I think Pearce has to face facts that he's not cut out to be a manager

Sorry to say Pearce has to go. Brentford at home did it for me. The results and performances are getting worse. We all have our opinions but I cannot see it improving. Hopefully Fulham will beat Wolves in the Cup and give the new man a bit of time before Millwall at home (which will be a must win game)

I simply see nothing next week other than a Rams win 😱

Just imagine Roy Keane in charge, can you remember when he went round Tom Cleverley's house to have a word? He would scare the crap out of our squad, maybe give the team a jolt when backs against the wall? Be a good no2 not sure about no1 though, but need a fighting spirit instilled in the team

And that is why he can't keep a job because e acts like were still in the 90's. the players have the power now and would have him gone in no time if he kept shouting and balling at them.
