And Peterlee I disagree, he did get us playing some great football but he was not even relatively successful-he was backed to the hilt and we lost two semi play offs that we should have won (and we were in positions in both play offs where we should have moved on to dominate and win them) . Success to us at that stage would have been promotion not just getting in the play offs-with that squad and backing getting into the play offs should have been guaranteed.

I remember 2tone when we beat West Bromwich to go second, he told the board we need 2 or 3 more good signings to, clinch 2nd spot. The board didn't authorize it, really think we would have clinched that 2nd spot if they'd have gave him the go ahead. just my opinion mate.

I was there too rogie, snow on the ground and it was a great night out. But wee Bd wanted more, like he always did - he'd spent his budget and just thought he could ask for more - when it was refused he had the perfect excuse and the rot set in. Awful man, manipulative and he did a lot of damage to the club-once he was knocked back and had some excuses he was willing to sit back and damage the club-imo he must take a lot of the blame for us being where we are now.
