Lewis Grabbon definitely moving this summer from Bourenmouth - price to exceed £3m. Brighton and Forest currently leading the chase for the 20 goal a season man.

Should of got him in the first place

2.) 08 May 2014
Lewis Grabbon has just signed a new contract with Bournemouth because Brighton were sniffing round him, so he won't be going anywhere. Confirmed by Bournemouth fans when I was down there the other week.

Grabbhim! Pricey though.

Don't think he is worth £3m, career stats wouldn't say prolific 1 in 4 goal ratio but had a good season this year. Still has 3 years left, Bournemouth may need to sell if can't sort finances out but Howe not expecting him to be sold at present.

Hi Joe. You are right, he signed a new deal in January. But, it has a clause about a buyout if a bid of £3m or more is received. The rumour came to me via a journo source friend of mine. Is a 20 goal man worth a £3m buy out - Yes.

6.) 08 May 2014
I thought he had already turned brighton down in jan I read bournmouth was the best place for him having had discussions with brighton so a bid must of been accepted back then he prob only signed a new deal to up his price abit a new contract means nothing

7.) 08 May 2014
The contract does not mean he's going nowhere just that someone will have to bay big bucks

Joe baker fc- I heard the new deal had a release trigger at 3 million and obviously increased his wages. so maybe not a deal breaker just good business by Bournemouth and the player/agent?

Beware of the 1season wonder.3mill sounds steep I would go with 1.5mill but no more.
I saw him play a few time in league 1 and he runs a lot with pace but would often get clear chance and fluf it.
Bournemouth may have to sell as they are 15mill in debt.

Shall we add him to the list of players we nearly grabbed but did well without us, like Bale and Wickham?! Lol
