Right let's say we don't make playoffs.
What players do u think will leave in summer?
Mine antonio lansbury and any out of contract. Can't see us holding onto these 2.
With ffp embargo and needing to balance books. Hope we do. But antonio should fetch 10m lansbury 4m.
Only way this won't happen is because they want to stay or fawas sorts sponcership out so doesn't need to sell.
Would love fawas to let us know his plans to sort embargo

14 Million won't balance the books and remove the embargo.
So we'd be 14mill richer unable to spend it, lose of 2 of out most creative players.
Honestly Marco, promotion is the only way of clearing the amount of debt we're in and remove the embargo. No real point off loading them as the rules are being changed again.
They're on long term contracts so they should be here in August. Simple.
Does anyone know how our embargo effects the contract renewals? If all players coming in are limited to 10k does this ruling apply?

Balancing the books now will still not see us out of an embargo so there is no point in getting rid of our best players.all it will do is get us out of the embargo for the 2016/2017 season which is when the rule change comes in.we need our best players fit and ready for next season.getting rid of our best players will do us no good at all other than putting a few quid back in that we can't spend until 2016/2017.

How can Bolton owe their owner £172m and not be embargoed where we owe a fraction of that to Fawaz and are hamstrung? Even the sheep are losing £7m a year and no one bats an eye lid! The rules are rubbish.

I really do fear for the club next season. Already losing Darlow and Lascelles. Gardner will be gone. We can't pay a fee for any player or a signing on fee to a player and not more than 10k per week. We have by our own admission missed out on loan players because we couldn't pay enough of their wages. We have longterm injuries who may struggle to return. We are really down to 5 defenders next season already with no youngsters apparently coming through. Doggie is going to have to be a magician to conjure up a serious campaign for promotion next season. Only need an injury to Antonio and that would really be the final straw. If we keep all our players next season then we've no chance of exiting ffp anytime soon. All this allegedly appears to down to Billys cousin who if I remember rightly told the Chairman ffp would never be enforceable. Billys legacy has certainly left us in the mire. I don't see a lot of room for optimism going forward at the moment.

TBH syred - if that is how it turns out i'll still look forward to next season. we will have players who want to play to either improve or get noticed and possible generate a move away?, maybe resulting in a more manageable future for the club and more honest, hard working players. we've spent money and it hasn't worked for us in the past so maybe this route could be successful for us?

We have some cracking defenders waiting in the wings, NHO, just need to bulk up and away we go. 10k wage restriction doesn't seem to be putting the latest loanees off.
