If we had a CEO he could have sorted FFP out. Unfortunately Fawaz does not like them and that is why the club is so badly run.

Under an embargo your not allowed to spend.so in theory we should be out as we havnt spent since being under the embargo. The owner has most probably do what Bolton did to get out of it.
