I agree Evans and Phil Jones, in my opinion, are poo but I think you're underestimating the gap between the level of the prem and the championship. These players would stand out in our league.

Who is being "given away"? You make it sound like a clearance sale at the local charity shop. The fact that Forest played hard ball over HL and now MA shows they are not giving players away. Why spout such pup? As for Evans and Jones, they are far superior to our defense, with the possible exception of Mancienne (though he didn't break into Chelsea so he might not make that level). Matt Mills, a regular this season is on £10k a week. Do you see the difference?

We paid reasonable fees for Mackie,Halford,Collins,Harding ,how much did we sell them for,apart from Harding all playing at our level!
