To anyone who didn't know it looked tonight that the team in red were the newly relegated side and the other side was the one who finshed 17th in the championship.
Some of the best football I have seen for a long long time with West Brom second best all over the pitch for nearly the whole game.

Guedioura was spraying the ball from one side of the pitch to another and chance after chance being carved out.
To criticise any player tonight for most of the game would be harsh criticism indeed and we really should have been leading at half time no question.

I truly felt that once we went one up that 2 or 3 more would surely follow but alas poor defending cost us again and West Brom were back in the game.

We cannot continue to play football like we did tonight and continue to spurn opportunities and I believe that as games come along and the season progresses we will get better and there will be some serious hidings dished out to teams.

I am not entirely sure what game Darren Moore watched but his post match comments would suggest not the same one 28,000 others did.

A mixed bag for me tonight really with joy at the standard of some of the play tempered by the loss of two points but if this continues we will win far more than we lose.

2 points dropped for me creepy.
When your so on top you have to punish teams,but all too often we made bad decisions in the final third,shooting when a pass was a better option and passing when shooting a better option.
Most of the best chances went to lolly and he fluffed em.
It's all very pleasing on the eye though, but an end product is needed.
My only concerns is that we were flagging with 15mins to go and we still look incapable of scoring from a corner.
But liken say plaesing on the eye, just need to be more composed in front of goal.

sems similar to last season. they don't have a clue when in front of goal and seem to thick the goal posts are in the corner, nearly a loss, bit of improvement but not impressed.

I was impressed.
Fast flowing attacks, positive passing in visitors half, .
Work ethic was superb, hunting down WBA when they had the ball, to retrieve possession.
Defence played very well against a very big West Brom side.
Yes there was the odd miss placed pass and yes Lolley should have got a shot off a lot earlier a few times when well placed.
But I haven’t heard our fans making so many appreciative noises during a game for such a long time.
Needed a second goal to kill them off and yes they ran out of steam a little towards end, but that was due to the massive effort in chasing them down when out of possesion.
This is most certainly a better side playing better football, it’s going to be a good season

Blidred is never impressed with forest I don't know why he bothers calling himself a forest fan.
He has a go at Worrall even when not playing along with any other youngster that plays.
No pleasing some folk.
