I am wanting to attend the match against Rotherham on the 22nd of September during my trip to the UK from Florida where I live. I tried to buy tickets online but it seem I have to also buy a membership before I can purchase tickets? So is it true I have to pay for the privilege of buying a ticket to a match. Seems like a rip off to me. Am I missing something? I was able to buy tickets for the Sheffield Wednesday match. Why not for this one? Please excuse my ignorance in these matters but I don't get a chance to go to a match often although i do watch every match from home in the USA. Any help greatly appreciated.

You might have to wait until they go on general sale before you can buy them without being a season card holder or a member. I'd be inclined to try again on Monday or Tuesday. They could be on general sale then as the Sheffield Wednesday tickets went on general sale today.

Thanks I will try again in a few days. After a little research I think I figured out the Member thing. So looking forward to two trips in one week to the city ground :)

Think normally all you need is a customer reference number

I have a customer ref number but when I came to check out I was told I needed to pay 30 quid to be a member to buy the tickets. I guess they are not on sale yet to general public
