Was wondering what peoples oinions are on the figures below?

Fawaz has spent the following amounts:

THESE CANNOT BE DENIED!

20 mill buying the club (I'll round it down to make it easy, could be more)

30 million pounds of loan money belonging to the club

15 mill of transfer fees belonging to the club

48 million club revenue @ 12 million PA x 4 seasons

67 million of his own money. (claimed personal loans in accounts)

= 180 MILLION POUNDS!

And could be more depending on what he paid for the club.

Can you now see how this doesn't add up even though they are the basic figures?

Folks talk about Fawaz being a good business man but if he's spent 180 million pounds plus and you can't even see where he's been, apart from a big telly and a squad of 24 (inc kids) , then we have a problem.

What those figures do show is that if you take the revenue sets out of these figures you get a total of £93 million pounds.

30 million pounds of loan money belonging to the club

15 mill of transfer fees belonging to the club

48 million club revenue @ 12 million PA x 4 seasons

= 93 million pounds.

That's quite a lot to spend over four years don't you think? And let's remember forest spent almost nothing under SOD, Eck, or Mc clown.

That equates to 23.25 million a year total spend, which is about where we were at (12 million a year loss) before Mr magic trick accounting turned up.

The losses went up to 22 million a season after the Billy D season was over.

Good thing about it is we spent £6 million pounds on paying up contracts in the last financial year and we only took 12 million quid in!

LOL

What a great business man!

I'm happy to admit that I could be wrong about it all, but I don't seek to deceive.

I don't want to be right? I don't want to be chatting b0ll0ks to build my ego, I don't want to have my voice heard above anyone elses?

It matters not to me who wins or loses on here?

What matters is that this club is shown some respect and someone comes in to build something rather than pull it apart.

I'd do that for free!
And I'd make more money than the mugs currently rubbing this club out of history.

Unfortunately, the numbers never lie and we have some serious looking numbers here, even for a billionaire.

Usually I'll come on and have bit of banter but recently I've been more vocal because I see potential for disaster here, and a lot of Fawaz lovers who are living a lie.

Yeah, I come across as a bit of a tool sometimes, but it's meant as snarky banter, not hate or unnecessary competition.

If you met me you'd be sick because I'm literally the nicest, humblest Fker you've ever met.
I have to be to get along with people who work for me. It is part of my life to spend every minute of my attention honing the worlds most valuable skill. Dealing with men.

Years of studying human nature, body language, psychology, philosophy, sociology, and the human condition give you a great insight into people and their ways. Sometimes people surprise you but on the whole about 80% of what we do is pre-programmed and quite predictable.

That is what a manager or CEO knows!

A good manager knows how to deal with men, and wants to try and make people work together to get the best outcome for the organisation.

We don't have that at our disfunctional football club because the man who makes all of the choices is a fool.
He has failed to put in place the basic structures that mean the usual 80% of problems do not happen.

If I were in his shoes I might make the same foolish mistakes? It is difficult to see your own mistakes, but easy to see them in others! Any mistakes I did make would be honest and wouldn't be at your cost.

I wouldn't ever spend your money on a folly, or hope, or the secret, like our current owner.

I have to say "owner" because he doesn't qualify to be called any of the things I have just spoken about.

Spent hardly owt under mcclown but he bumped the wages up massively with greening, miller, Derbyshire and boateng. its the wages side that's killing us and he contributed in a big way with crap signings on big money.

NO 22, I don't necessarily disagree with you and your representation appears logical.

However expression through language and grammar is as much of an open book into the human condition as body language and physical expression.

Your attempt at judge and jury requires some refining to convince the majority I'd predict.

Know what I'm saying?

Am I convinced? ummm. I'll keep my counsel.

They payed more fore the club they payed 20 mil and they pay a percentage each year I think it was about 45 mil for it they wanted 90 mil for it.

No 22.nobody needs to disagree with the rubbish you spout, you disagree with yourself. Until recently you were telling us all how fawaz is cleverly screwing money out of the club on some weird interest payment scam. Now you say he has sunk a fortune into the club as he is useless in business.
Which of the two do you want to go for?
Also you say your figures cannot be denied. why not? presumably because you say so lol.
You really don't have a clue.

Ureds,

The figures can't be denied because Fawaz wrote them down in the accounts?

It's nothing to do with me?

As for the money aspect, you still don't get it do you?

He hasn't spent the money, but he has tied himself in knots. If you're going to play the long game you have to have the resources to pull it off.
He is now falling short and the plan is in danger of unraveling.

If he has spent £180 million, which I severly doubt by £60 million quid plus, then he is reaching the limit of his finances.
That wasn't part of the plan though was it? this was going to be easy. But can you remember him coming out with a statement saying we have £30 million to spend on a promotion push? I can't but the club borrowed the money.

As things have got worse the desperation has deepened.

Like trying to charge £180 quid for a dinner ticket.

2star,

Of course you are right about language, but don't read too much into busted grammar and syntax in an online forum. The human animal spends relatively little time writing, and even less time writing about it's true thoughts or feelings. If it's able to express them at all?
And please don't assume you have to be a genius to know how to do the right thing.

Most of the UK's most successful self made men are dyslexic and I applaud those people. The percentages are significant.
There's plenty of error I could pull in every posters contribution, but why would you play the man and not the ball?

It is somewhat unfortunate that I was bought up in a mining village and didn't have a big fancy education. The good thing is it makes me try harder than the rest, and means I have to make best use of my eyes and ears.

This isn't personal?

I'm not judge or jury? I have said many times that I don't give a damn about the outcome. I'm only interested in the journey and the excitement it provides.
I also get slated for not being a proper fan because of my unpopular comments, but do you hear me bitching about it.

Just because I say things that are unpopular doesn't mean I'm a bad person, it just means I talk about unpopular subjects.
Are you assuming I like pointing out potential errors in the running of the finances, or that I like getting screamed at?
I don't remember coming on here in the past to tell everyone the club seemed to be massively overleveraged?

All I am doing is pointing out the numbers. I'm not accusing anyone of anything other than poor running of a football club in relations to finances and bank loans.
My intent is to try and open up the conversation. When I attempt to do that it inevitably takes many lines because it is complex, and I get slated for that too. Even from people who haven't taken the time to read what is being said. lol
So I drone on to get the point across.

I have said more than once that the practice of loans is not illegal! However, I feel that abusing your position as owner, and saddling the club with a £30 million pound debt, should be challenged by the fans just as voraciously as any criminal charge.

At the end of the day we are only as smart as our current state of ignorance. How sad to resort to criticisms of grammar when the basic numbers show the true meaning.

As for keeping your own counsel. I think you should speak up a little more if you have the tools to do so.
I hope to hear a lot more from you on this subject.

It is impossible to judge intent from text because it is such a clunky medium, but you should know that too?

I can't defend myself for some of the snarky things I've said on here. To me it's just another load of shit thrown on the banter fire and isn't personal.
Replying to thousands of comments when you start a shit storm isn't easy and can lead to frustration. My Canonization will have to wait for now.

All this makes me happy to admit that I'm as raw and uneducated as the most ignorant of us here.
We all have plenty to learn and should open our eyes, ears, and hearts more.

Sorry if I've upset anyone, but that's just how I see it. And as you rightly point out 2star it shows the limits of my capabilities.

Let's hope for a good outcome. :)

If fans like you Would just stop slagging fawas off all the time we would be ok it is because off fans like you he keeps getting rid of managers all time and then they would bring there plays in costing money all the time and then when it dose not work you slagging him of a gain this club will never get anywhere with fans like you.
